It took 2 hours to only get my tires rotated. The service guy texted me to say that I can “text back with questions” when I texted TWICE, I received no response 👎🏽 I asked someone how long it m The service guy texted me to say that I can “text back with questions” when I texted TWICE, I received no response 👎🏽 I asked someone how long it might be he told me he would find out, then ignored me for 10 minutes then I asked if he had any info and he said he was too busy to find out. He could have told me that from the begin instead of me standing there waiting for him to answer me. Then when the “service” was done I didn’t even talk to the original guy at the desk to see if I had any questions or an update on my car. They just said it was done when I had questions. More
