Always friendly and good service. I always wait for my car but they have a great waiting area with snacks, coffee and waters. I always wait for my car but they have a great waiting area with snacks, coffee and waters. More
Javer and Angela were excellent and extremely helpful. The professionalism from those two compared to El Monte blows them out the water. But, I did have an issue, the reason why I only gave 4 stars. When The professionalism from those two compared to El Monte blows them out the water. But, I did have an issue, the reason why I only gave 4 stars. When I got my car back, there is paint chipped on my back driver side door. I have emailed Javer to notify him of it More

Dishonest dealership. They are very friendly and seem so much nicer than other dealers. Once I fell for this, they ripped me off. I bought an Ioniq 6 here on 3/29/23. They are very friendly and seem so much nicer than other dealers. Once I fell for this, they ripped me off. I bought an Ioniq 6 here on 3/29/23. This dealer took advantage of me as a first time buyer to load me up with $8000 in hidden dealer bloat fees. I'm so upset I fell for this. Yasir, the person who arranged my lease deal is a con artist. He told me the "dealer was taking a wash" on these added items, which I understood to mean that I was not paying for them. He also said I was lucky to be getting the car for MSRP, which I understood to mean my payment was based on MSRP + tax, fees, and delivery. He went on to explain that the difference between the advertised lease price on the website and final lease price was "marketing" and a difference in real world lease rates. I wish I had walked away, but he is a very good con artist. Later in the financing process, these costs were listed. I called Yasir back in to question them. He now told me I was only paying $3000 extra. Upon review of the paperwork, I see that I've actually paid an extra $8305 in hidden fees for useless dealer warranty services that I did not choose, nor can be explained to me in a satisfactory way by anyone at the dealer. In effect, this dealer simply stole my $7500 IRA tax credit on a lease from me, redirecting that money to the dealership's bottom line. By the time I've paid off the car, that $8305 in bloat fees are going to cost me around $12K with interest. I will say that Bryan who showed me the car was kind and well-informed, and Larry who walked us through the finance paperwork was very kind, patient, and straightforward. It could have been a great experience, except that it was a total con job. Steer clear of this dealer. More
