Was given wrong information- waited an hour longer after rep came to give me an update of “25 minutes/ 35 if we wash it”. Car took over an hour after that point and wasn’t given the complimentary wash. Upse rep came to give me an update of “25 minutes/ 35 if we wash it”. I wasn't to thrilled after Jordan said to me after sitting down..."what I'm surprised your bringing your car here" and "It's old we mostly see newer cars." Regardless if it may have seen trivial on hi sitting down..."what I'm surprised your bringing your car here" and "It's old we mostly see newer cars." Regardless if it may have seen trivial on his part I took it personally. It shouldn't be about how old a car is. It's about trusting your dealership of the quality of work you depend on. So, from now on I'm thinking of going elsewhere for my business. That comment just rubbed me the wrong way. But, over all I do love this dealership. Also, one tidbit, Who charges $195 labor plus $89 for the part for replacing a burnt out brake light bulb?? Highway robbery! That too, took it to AutoZone where they'd did it for free, cost $5.67 for the pkg of two bulbs Thank you, Renee D More
