I drive from LAX for the service and I have never experienced such rude service before. On 3.8.2023 I met Jae M. Lee and he was very rude. I was explaining what I was there for. I explained that I was waiting for over an hour and got there early and that is why I was the first person to be seen that morning. He kept reacting since I did not have an appointment he was not sure what could be done so I was getting frustrated because I have never been told this or treated like this. He then told me to go get done coffee and relax. I got so upset that I asked to deal with another person in service. He had no right to speak to me that way. The other service advisor made things better and I left with a better feeling for this service place. I will continue to drive this far to service my car because I won’t hold one bad experience after going here for over two years. More
