When I bought my Sorento it said 3 row and there is no 3rd seat in the vehicle. Took my cat to service and someone took my lanyard. The horn didn’t work and antenna was missing. We made an appointment to have our navigation screen replaced and was told the part was in. After we dropped the car off at the service department they later called and said the part was sent back and w replaced and was told the part was in. After we dropped the car off at the service department they later called and said the part was sent back and we have to bring it back when the part came back in. When the part initially came in, no one ever contact me to tell me the part came in, I had to call. No one ever called to tell us the part was no longer there. This was a big inconvenience for us and a disappointment with the service department. More
