I Was reluctant as first to bring my car back to Hyundai dealership, due to bad past experience with other service reps, but since my sunroof issue was cover under the warranty,I had no choice but to bring dealership, due to bad past experience with other service reps, but since my sunroof issue was cover under the warranty,I had no choice but to bring it back.I schedule my appointment and had the pleasure of working with Jae Lee. Jae Lee was kind and professional, he took the time to explain things to me and inform me of which step of the way. The lack of communication was frustrating. I went weeks without any update. Was told several times I would be called back when my agent didn't pick up the phone, but that usually didn't happen I went weeks without any update.
