They were friendly, honest and didn't play any games. I drove there from far away and it was worth it for a great price and great service. Why wasn't my sales person Sabrina Angon listed below? In fact when I was there I saw other female sales people and none are listed. She was fantastic in every way and very knowledgeable. Not seeing them listed in this survey is the only bad part of my experience. More

This review is specifically for AHMAD, the salesman who sold me a Tacoma 2 months ago. I really avoid writing bad reviews but I felt like I needed to share. Ahmad sold me a truck and told me he would d sold me a Tacoma 2 months ago. I really avoid writing bad reviews but I felt like I needed to share. Ahmad sold me a truck and told me he would deliver the car to me. But I could not receive the car until a few days later on Saturday because the wire transfer did not go through immediately. He then texted me to Uber to the dealership because he was too busy on Saturday to deliver it and that they’ll pay for it. I was okay. He knew I lived over an hour away. Mind you, it was an $83 Uber (with tip)! I followed up via text about getting reimbursed a week later, no reply. I also called several times and left messages with the dealership. I realized he blocked my number after I texted him about getting reimbursed. How did I know? I called him from my another number (my business number) and he picked up right away. I definitely caught him off guard then he proceeded to say he was having “problems” with his phone and he will follow up. I never heard from him. The reason for the bad review was not because I didn’t get my $83. The reason was the poor character of this salesman. Once he sold me the car and got his “buck” he did not care about following through with what he told me. That being said, is it fair to judge the whole dealership on one person? No. But I would much rather pick from the thousands of other dealerships in LA when I buy my next car. And this is why dealerships get bad reps. Do better Ahmad. More
