Dealership failed to perform outstanding “Recall” services as promised. Advisor never contacted me on updates nor was I able to speak to anyone on the status of my vehicle until I showed up to pick u services as promised. Advisor never contacted me on updates nor was I able to speak to anyone on the status of my vehicle until I showed up to pick up my vehicle 8.5hrs later. Then the advisor tried saying that I was “declining” the services because I couldn’t leave my vehicle overnight. I told the advisor I would gladly leave my vehicle if I was provided with a vehicle to use while my truck was in the shop as I was never advised that no work had been done on my vehicle due to the mechanics being “busy with other vehicles”. While there, other customers were also complaining about similar situations. I wasted a whole day with nothing being accomplished! More
I would have given 5 stars but it took over 40 minutes for them to release my car after the service was completed. Everyone was to busy to help me. for them to release my car after the service was completed. Everyone was to busy to help me. More
I was not given an update on status of my vehicle. I had to call to get an update after attempting to reach a service advisor and being hung up on or phone not being answered. I understand everyone is understaffed however this is a persons vehicle and means of transportation and to not even be given an update as to when vehicle is going to be ready is unacceptable More

I had to wait one mount for my car and parts. I understand it takes time,but the fact that I was calling for update and wouldn’t talk to someone at all for days and when I did get thought half th I understand it takes time,but the fact that I was calling for update and wouldn’t talk to someone at all for days and when I did get thought half the time the call drop. Or they up me on hold and the call dropped. I would wait up to and 1 hours sometimes Trina to reach someone for an update. And when I I’d get a change to talk to someone and ask for an update they need to speak to the technician and they call me back but never happens and I would have to call back and ask about my car again. I was happy with the first purchase , went back to get something fix, but parts were ordered and we're taking up to 3 weeks to be delivered, manager couldn't get a loaner vehicle for me, point blank ( no something fix, but parts were ordered and we're taking up to 3 weeks to be delivered, manager couldn't get a loaner vehicle for me, point blank ( no can't do ) they said. So I end up choosing a different car. Which I'm not to happy about. My question is, why would the dealership have a vehicle for sale when it had many issues to be fix and parts to be ordered? More
