First the dealer quoted me just under $62K for a new car. Made an offer and they said they would get back to me. Never did. Called and they said the car was sold. Had a free oil change and tried to charge me. Buster the manager is horrible, has horrible customer service skills should be talked to. So I waited until 9:30am and was told my wait time would be longer so had to reschedule for next day again. Next time I go for service I do not want buster helping me like I stated before he has the worse customer service skills. If next time this happens again I will file a complaint on the entire dealership. More

They failed to call me on any updates for my vehicle and when it was ready they didn’t notify me as well. I had to be calling Jeep wave or having to call the dealer for any car updates.
