Had a free oil change and tried to charge me. Buster the manager is horrible, has horrible customer service skills should be talked to. If it’s free and Letter states it’s free there should be no questions asked. My appointment was at 8:30am did not accept my flyer and said I had to wait until 9 for sales to sign and approve. So I waited until 9:30am and was told my wait time would be longer so had to reschedule for next day again. Next time I go for service I do not want buster helping me like I stated before he has the worse customer service skills. If next time this happens again I will file a complaint on the entire dealership. More
They failed to call me on any updates for my vehicle and when it was ready they didn’t notify me as well. I had to be calling Jeep wave or having to call the dealer for any car updates. Service advisor when I arrived just told me he wasn’t really sure if the car was ready and then I just got handed the paper work. Thank you for repairing my car though! More
