We drove 50 minutes, but had to wait about 2 hours before we could see the vehicle. Jason Volz met us when we first arrived because Jason Hurley was with another customer. Although we had to wait longer than expected since the vehicle was not on the lot, it was worth the wait. Both Jason Hurley and Jason Volz were very helpful, professional and great to work with. I would recommend the drive from Tulsa to Pryor to work with these 2 gentlemen. More

Our Sales man Jim Phelan was very courteous and professional and was not at all pushy, rude or inconciderate to our needs.From the beginning to the end of our purchase of a new Cruz, we was treated with respect. Recently purchased a 2012 Mossy Oak Edition Dodge Ram. I absolutely love my truck. It pulls a boat very well and is also a smooth ride. I actually went there to buy a 2008 Mercury Milan at the Chrysler/jeep dealership. Well it was gone when i got there even though it had been there the night before!?! So they put me in a 2012 Chrysler 200 Chrysler/jeep dealership. Well it was gone when i got there even though it had been there the night before!?! So they put me in a 2012 Chrysler 200 and said they would make me a deal since my car was gone. I had printed out several cars online that i liked. I didnt like the 200 at all and the Malibu I wanted to drive was at the chevy dealership so my salesperson I was with, Susan, told me to drive the through the chevy lot and look at it. So I found the malibu and i liked it. So i purchased it there since my salesperson was from the other lot I think she had to split commission or something. Anyway I got the car. The only thing missing from the car was the XM radio that it was supposed to have. Toni showed me how to work the stuff in the car and she is the one that noticed it wasnt installed. Greg was supposed to check on it and call me the next day and never did and he was also supposed to check on cost of another key since it only came with 1. Not thrilled about that. So I called Toni today and she took care of me and apologized for Greg not getting back with me. Then I was looking at my warrantys and on the 360 one my tire size was recorded wrong and i reported that to a finance person and they are supposed to fix that. All in all i am happy with my service, especially Toni. She went above and beyond for me! More

I explained my circumstances to him and the fact that I had just I walked in two Roberts and was immediately greeted by Jason as I entered the lot. I explained my circumstances to him and the fact that I had just come from the Ford dealership up the road. They had seemed so confident at Ford and then let me down in the end. Jason took no time in seeing what it was I needed in a vehicle and then put several choices in front of me both new and used. Long story short the vehicle that impressed me the most is the one I drove home. Jason was direct with me and never attempted to dissuade me from my preferences, and he never tried to down sell me into a vehicle I would ultimately be unhappy with. I also have to given recognition to Anthony in finance who answered all of my questions about warranties and the benefits of this purchase. There is also one other individual whom should be given credit. I believe he is a general sales manger and although I never caught his name I have to say thank you. As a recently returned soldier from Afghanistan I am a little edgy still and when a tire blew out on a big semi and started me into a weird reaction, this individual never skipped a beat in asking if I was alright. Apparently he had also been in a combat zone before and was very helpful. A small gesture to some but to me a huge favor. Thank you Roberts Auto Center. More
We originally started our truck search with Michale Varasse, but that was short lived as Mr.Varasse seemed to want to persuade me to choose other vehicles that I was not interested...he kept telling us Varasse, but that was short lived as Mr.Varasse seemed to want to persuade me to choose other vehicles that I was not interested...he kept telling us he had a black ford four door 4wheel drive and brought me two red trucks and then proceeded to tell me I could come in and get online and pick a truck to buy off the internet..I did not want to do this, he asked me why I wanted a ford and I said (and no offense) because I dont like GM products he then in a snide voice said, "well, you're driving a gm product now!" after that remark and dealing with his attitude and the dip of tobacco in his mouth I left the lot and went to North Point Ford, I did not find anything there that I wanted so my husband and I returned to Roberts, we saw two men standing out front, one being Jason Volze, and we told him that we wanted to buy a truck but we didnt want to deal with Mr. Varasse again and told him why...he apologized and offered his help. We told him what we wanted and that we were already approved and we looked around the lot but had to head home to feed our children. The next morning we called Jason and he said he had us a truck, we got on the website fell in love and told him to work the numbers and we would be there soon...we got there test drove it, fell in love and Jason had us in and out in about an hour. He helped get our payments exactly where we needed them and even helped me keep our kids occupied while signing the papers...he went beyond the expectations of what any salesman has ever gone for us. He is AWESOME!!!!! At no point did Mr. Varasse even offer his apologies or say anything to us, Jason did all the work! When I asked who would be receiving the commission off our sale I was told Mr. Varasse would! I was appauled, that man drove me away from your lot and did nothing!!! JASON DESERVES EVERY DIME FROM THIS SALE AND THEN SOME!!!! AND WHEN I RECOMMED A DEALERSHIP TO GOT TO, I WILL RECOMMEND ROBERTS AND TO SEE JASON VOLZE AND TO STEER CLEAR OF MICHAEL VARASSE!!! Jason has also called us twice since our purchase to see how everything was going and to make sure the truck was doing great as well and it is!!!! WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH JASON AND WITH ROBERTS AUTO....AND WHEN WE COME BACK WE WILL DEAL WITH OUR SALESMAN JASON VOLZE (not sure if im spelling jason's last name right)sorry if i spelled it wrong.
