Good experience Everyone especially David Collins (DJ) was very helpful and kind. They explained everything in detail and walked me through the purchase of my car. Everything seemed normal at that point. When it came to the "negotiation" part they offered thousands below the projected trade value I expected. Since it was so low, I decided to leave because of the rediculous low offer. When I asked for my keys back, they refused and asked for a counter offer. I refused and again told them I wanted my keys. They continued to refuse and demand a counter. I then demanded and only after a counter offer that was crazy on my end, they gave me my keys back. Dealerships are a dime a dozen. These folks think we are all stupid and have no clue. More

He said " its a godd truck that runs out good" wired the money and got truck shipped. Met shipper at a local spot to pick up and truck barley ran and has hail damage all ove it. I could deal with dents but the bad cylinder on #7 that needs rings is crooked. Called dealer and Freddy Griffin said " sorry Bub it a used truck" so called and asked manager Buckey if thats how they do bussiness and he said you should have came and drove it and looked at it before you bought it and there was nothing he was gonna do to help. BEWARE everyone or you will have to spend your hard earned money on something that was portrayed as ready to work and safe for you to drive when really its JUNK and they do not care if it puts you in a bind or not!!!!!!!! After a few minutes another salesman tried to help me and they couldn't find the car. After I pulled it up on my phone and got the stock number for them the salesman and manager went to look for the car, found it being inspected in shop. After a lengthy wait they came back to inform me the car wasn't safe to sell. The car had been listed for over 90 days? I asked about another vehicle but they weren't interested in dealing. I left frustrated, they asked if the owner could call me and I agreed but never heard from him. I would not go back if they offered a free car! More
New cars were all filthy inside and out! Almost each vehicle I opened was very dirty inside. I was made on offer on my trade in via telephone and email, and they acknowledged the deal but did Almost each vehicle I opened was very dirty inside. I was made on offer on my trade in via telephone and email, and they acknowledged the deal but did not honor it. I was left in the cubicle for more than two hours negotiating and saw personal information on other customers on the sales desk. They deals they tried to offer me were completely insulting. A true waste of time. Will not go back to this dealership. More
Wish I had read these reviews first! I saw an ad for a Ford truck from Roberts. I asked about it and was told the manager had it and that it would be there the next day. I called it was I saw an ad for a Ford truck from Roberts. I asked about it and was told the manager had it and that it would be there the next day. I called it wasn't. So, I set a time up on the next day. They swore it would be there. I drove the 30 minutes to the dealership and it wasn't there at the appointed time but was on its way in. In the mean time I went ahead had them check my trade in and start seeing what the deal would be. I had also told them the FIRST thing in the door that I had already been approved for a loan with my credit union. They still proceeded to run another credit check on me! While it might be a small hit, I was proud of where my credit score had risen too. But this knocked it down because of this one and the one from my CU. Now they wont even request the removal of the inquiry. They say they didn't know how! It is really pretty easy, you can look it up on line! Of course I didn't know they had requested the CC at the time. I waited for the truck for 45 minutes then left. I got something to eat and called back to see if the truck was there, it was. It could have been a nice truck, but whoever had driven it and really trashed it out. Dirty, grubby, trash and sunflower seed shells all over it and a Battery warning display came on during the test drive. Terribly disappointed with this dealership. I will never even look at their ads again let alone darken their door. Beware of their practices very unprofessional!! More

Unbelievable level of dishonestly and unprofessionalism I got an email today from the car dealership wanting my business. I'm so glad they emailed, because I had forgotten to submit a review for them. A I got an email today from the car dealership wanting my business. I'm so glad they emailed, because I had forgotten to submit a review for them. A few months ago, I drove from central Arkansas to see a vehicle. The sales manager (Adam?) assured me that if everything was ok with how I described my trade in, he would give me exactly what I was asking for it. I asked him several times to not mess around with me and to be straight up with everything he told me because I would be driving over 4 hours, with three kids under three, and I wanted to have everything ready to go when I arrived. I arrived, and that is what started the worst, by far, sales experience of my life. The Dodge caravan that I requested to see was not even clean on the inside, had missing/broke attachments in the interior, and had a check engine light on. Evidently the few days notice that I gave him wasn't enough. Ok whatever, we drove a long way and I could have overlooked some things, albeit begrudgingly. Then our salesman wanted to talk numbers. To say he was rude and pushy would be an understatement. The conversation was almost verbatim to following: Him: "we just checked your car out, and it looks great. My sales manager said we could go as high $5,000 for it" Me: "your sales manager had said that if everything checked out we could get $9,000. I told him we weren't coming if we could not get that much." Him: " so how much do you want for it?" Me: " 9,000" Him: "how much really?" Me: "9,000. That's the amount I drove here for for hours to get, and that is what I will leave with. Him : "so how much do you really want?" Imagine this conversation, at increasingly frustrated tones, for at least 40 minutes. The sales manager on the phone had assured me that $9,000 for my trade was a very reasonable price that he would be willing to do if we drive all the way to him and my car was as described. The salesman took our vehicle, had it looked over, came back and told us how immaculate the condition was... Then told us the maximum could do was $5,000. Let me work the simple math for you: that's $4,000 less than i was assured. I. Was. Livid. 3 kids under three in a small car for 4 hours only to arrive with things completely unprofessional and then to be slapped in the face for 4 grand less than what was promised. Oh that wasn't just a pushy salesman tactic either. He would not budge up from that point. The sales manager that had made these promises had apparently said to him that they could only go 5,000, but he was oh so conveniently busy. They mistakingly thought that they had an easy sale by knowing my situation. They were wrong. I can honestly say that months after my opinion has not mellowed. You don't lie to my face then expect my business. So no, I would not recommend my business to them, and if we're a shopper who cared about a person's word being their bond, I would avoid this dealership. More
2009 B5 Blue charger I sent this letter to the owner Scott Roberts after being treated by a so called "manager" outlined in the letter below. By reading a post on this we I sent this letter to the owner Scott Roberts after being treated by a so called "manager" outlined in the letter below. By reading a post on this website I found out A LOT of information about the car I wanted and I am glad I read it. They had told me the guy that purchased the car on thursday (see posting) his credit WAS NOT APPROVED which was a LIE. It is as follows : This letter is to complain about service I recently received from a Roberts Auto Center customer service representative named (Unknown). I called Roberts Auto Center on June 25, 2016, in response to a call that I received from Keith Hawks one of your salesmen. I had inquired earlier in the week on Tuesday about purchasing a 2009 B5 Blue Challenger that I saw on Craigslist. At that time I also talked to one of the “managers” and he was very nice as was Mr Hawks about what the price on the car would be. He said it was $18, 600 as listed on Craigslist because it had just has two new rear tires put on it and went through a complete check. Again this was Tuesday the 21st. I called my Credit Union and got approved for the loan. I called back Friday morning the 24th and was told by Keith Hawks that the car had been sold the night before. I said thanks I guess I missed out. Everything up to this point was very professional and courteous. Saturday morning the 25th I received a call from Mr. Hawks stating that the blue Challenger was still available and asked if I still wanted it. I told him to give me 5 minutes to talk with the wife since we had already looked at another car locally. I called him back 5 minutes later and told him that I would take the car and had my credit card out to put $2000 down and the remainder I would bring in the form of a Credit Union draft on Monday morning since Pryor is 4 hours from me. I asked what the price of the car was and he said it was now $19,900. I asked why the price had gone up $1300. He explained that the person that purchased the car wanted “2 new tires on the back, new brakes and the stripes removed”. He said that was $1300. Since I had been told on Tuesday the rear tires had been replaced for the $18,600 price I questioned why they were again replaced. I asked Keith if I could speak with a manager to figure out exactly why the price increased. A person got on the phone immediately that identified himself as a manager and I asked him if he was the person that I talked with on Tuesday about the car. He said no he wasn’t but he knew about the car. I told him I was ready to give him my credit card info to put $2000 down and I could be there Monday morning to pick the car up. When I asked why the price had gone up $1300 he explained that “they had just put 2 new REAR tires on, new brakes on the back per the customer’s request and removed the stripes” I said that was a bummer because I really liked the stripes. I told him I was getting a different story depending on who I talked to about what was done to the car. I asked why I was told on Tuesday that 2 new rear tires had already been put on at that time for the $18,600 price. He said “ I didn’t say they were on the rear”, I said “yes you did”. He said “”well what’s it matter you got 4 new ******* tires !” He went on to say “If you don’t want the *** ****** car they don’t ******* buy it. I said “hang on, what’s with the attitude ?” I like the car and want to buy it. He continued to rant and cuss at me so I just hung up. To find out exactly who this person is you would have to ask Keith. Again, Keith was very helpful and polite but whoever he handed the phone to was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I cannot believe that a person in a position of selling a product and customer service acts like that. Although I am from the Wichita Kansas area I know Pryor Oklahoma very well. My wife and I have been attending Rocklahoma for 10 years now since 2007 and return to Pryor on many occasions just to visit the people we have met there over the years. For the most part everyone we have met in that town are great folks and very polite. Whoever that was that represented Roberts Auto Center on Saturday was not one of those people. I regret losing out on that beautiful car however at this point I would not feel confident purchasing a vehicle from your Dealership. I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem I will leave you with this information to do with as you please, I wish there had been a different outcome. More
