Roberts auto center is the absolute worst dealership to go to! Do not waste your time and money at that place! I could write a book about all the awful things they did to me! I bought two vehicles from them from two different dealerships in Pryor and had a awful experience at both. I should have learned my lesson the first time but I ended up buying another vehicle from a different dealership and still had a bad experience at the other. The first vehicle I got at their chevy dealership and the second one at their ford dealership. Some things include making me go up there multiple times to re-sign paperwork they messed up, working on one of my vehicles and messing it up, overcharging me, taking too long to get the information sent to me so I could get my tag and having to pay a fee because it was past the 30 days, lying on the paperwork, etc. There’s so many awful things they did to me it would take all day to even list them all. Oh also when I had a vehicle serviced I went to pick it up and they had killed the battery when I went to start it to leave. I talked to them about it and they made me pay for a new one even though it was their mistake. Awful people! All they care about is getting your money. Trust me and go somewhere else! I had a terrible experience both times and it took a long time to clean up my credit and debt because of that place. More

I called and talked to him on the phone to set up a test drive. Drove the Camry and loved it. I am very happy with my purchase. It was smooth and they were friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all and was given time to think about making my purchase. I felt at ease and peace. A CHANGED MIND Backstory to why I didn't like Roberts before, and then you'll see where they changed my mind and actually impressed me! 3+ years ago...my initial dea Backstory to why I didn't like Roberts before, and then you'll see where they changed my mind and actually impressed me! 3+ years ago...my initial dealing with Roberts years ago was nothing short of deceitful and frustrating, and I swore I would never go back. Long story short, I was lied to about my trade's Car Fax report saying that it had SEVERAL accidents reported, but they couldn't print the report or show it to me, and then offered $1000 for my sports car trade. What upset me most is that the sales rep AND manager at the time knew I was pregnant and trading for a sedan worth far less than what my sports car was valued. I was then called incessantly for weeks even after I told them that I paid for my own car fax report and knew that they lied to me. HOWEVER, their service department has been doing an excellent job servicing my farm truck for the last couple of years, so when I decided to trade I thought I would give them a shot and was prepared for a difficult process. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I made an online inquiry about the truck I was interested in trading for, and received a call within 5 minutes from a sales rep, Armando. When I went to the dealership, I happened to run into their manager, Mike. He was pleasant and helped with getting me connected with the sales rep. I mentioned to him that my previous experience with Roberts had been very bad, and he assured me that they were doing their best to turn the reputation of the dealership around and to let him know if there was anything he could do to make it better. I have to say, the overall experience was great. They offered a fair deal on my trade and matched what I was offered at another dealership, and they worked with me on the price of the truck I wanted to buy. I was pre-approved through my credit union, so the financing part was pretty easy anyway. Overall, I spent less than 2 hours total on the whole process. I went back the next day to drop off the title and spare keys for my trade, and mentioned to Mike that I had noticed a small tear in the leather passenger seat. NO PROBLEM. He took care of it, and their leather repair person did a fantastic job...I can't even tell where the tear was. Mike was true to his word and did everything he told me that he would. He successfully changed my mind about Roberts Auto Center, which I NEVER thought would happen. I hope more people have the chance to deal with him and have the same experience I did. More

They were incredibly helpful with arranging the financing, getting us a great rate. Since that time we have had the Jeep in for routine maintenance, such as oil changes, on a regular basis. The service department employees are very professional, helpful, and friendly. When we were wanting to put new tires on, they worked with us to get the specific brand we wanted at a great price. We always make an appointment for the maintenance, and they are ready to get started when we get there, so the wait time is minimal. When we are ready for our next vehicle, we will absolutely be buying it here. More

Shady scammers!!! So in 2017 my husband and I purchased a Tahoe from Roberts auto! It did take about 3 months and multiple trips of resigning contracts to finally get the title but in the end we finally got everything worked out. Fast forward almost 2 years later and I was in dire need of a car so I called Mario back since he sold to us before and told him I needed a car but wanted a good deal! We have paid our payments on the Tahoe religiously and our credit has improved significantly! Before we leave Mario tells me that everything is already approved and paper work is ready! We get there they make copies of everything and send me to the financing manager. We start signing papers and he said good news your payments are only $286 per month and very low interest! I was so happy because my payments were so low! It was a 2016 Ford Fusion by the way. They give us the keys, they take pictures and off we go! We get a call about 2 weeks later asking to send other copies of our personal taxes because the bank decided they didn’t want to use our business taxes. Sent them. I purchased my car March 9th they call me March 30th and said they had entered one of our socials wrong and the bank backed out! They then try to say that when they entered the wrong social that number cane back with extremely good credit but when they fixed it our credit wasn’t as good so the bank decided to not approve us. They then tell me they got us approved through a different bank but wanted $2000 down and $500 per month and that the payout price went from $16,000 to over $24,000!!!!! I called them on April first and asked for the number to the bank who approved us because I wanted to speak with them myself. I shouldn’t have to pay the price when they made the mistake! I was told they would make it right. Then today April 3rd the finance manger (Charles I believe was his name) called me and said they sent our information to multiple places (I didn’t approve that) and that not 1 bank or financing company would accept us and that they needed the car back today! I was at work, I have 3 kids and my husband is working on the road 2 hours away! I told him I couldn’t due to working he said he would have someone pick it up at my work and I told him he would not because that would leave me stranded! He told me that if I didn’t have the car back in their possession by the end of the day he would call the police and I could go to jail for a stolen vehicle because it was not financed to me so it was their vehicle! I called hem once I got off work and said fine if you want it you can come get it, they couldn’t today and would make arrangements to get it tomorrow! I’m so mad and aggravated that they lied to us and once I called them out they called me a liar and the financing manager was rude as xxxx and told me that me being without a car was my problem not his!!! I will never ever buy from them again and I will make sure their shady ways and lies are known to everyone!!! STAY AWAY FROM ROBERTS AUTO IN PRYOR! They will screw you over hen try and get you into legal trouble because they made a mistake! Worst experience ever! More
