absolutely fantastic! Dakota is well informed about what he is selling, he isn't out here to rip people off. He is a genuine person who is good at what he does and made my experience very pleasurable. As mu he is selling, he isn't out here to rip people off. He is a genuine person who is good at what he does and made my experience very pleasurable. As much hassle as buying a vehicle can be he made my life real easy. Had us in an out, and I drove off the lot. Excellent service. He had other customers that we was serving at the same time and he made it a point to let me know that I wasn't a second priority. He kept coming back to me to check up. Great salesman. An expert in customer service. Ill be recommending Dakota to everyone I know looking to get a new or new to them vehicle! More
Their sales practices need to be investigated Absolute worse car buying experience in my lifetime. Went there looking for a Jeep Cherokee and was offered one that cost 23,203 with an automatic 5 grand in trade which would make it 18,203, We still had to pay 2 grand off our loan so the price was then 20,203. Our goal was to finance somewhere around 20 grand so we put an additional 3,000 down which made the price 17,203 plus tax which put us under 20 grand. Our salesman was named Dakota and he of course went to his manager and came back with a monthly payment of 498 bucks for 66 months! I was speechless and said we are miles apart. My wife calculated the payment and the cost came to over 32 grand. My calculations also had us a 15% interest! This did not include anything extra as far as bumper to bumper warranty. Keep in mind this Cherokee did not have the 6 cylinder and was the latitude edition with almost 30,000 miles. Of course Dakota did the old "How much do you want to pay per month?" I told him I figured out the numbers before hand and it should be near 350 bucks per month. He started to hmmmm and haw so I got up and we headed for the exit. I told him to fetch my keys so we can leave. He went to the manager and here they came. I told him that price was an insult and he tried to tell me how the "process" worked. My wife once again asked for the keys and he ignored her request. Their attitude and demeanor throughout the whole process was nasty. I cant imagine how many people went in there and just accepted their quote, elderly people or kids buying their first car. Anyways, they lied constantly through the whole process. The manager told me that Dakota was new and yet he had an award at his desk from 2017. The next day I went to Marhofer Chevy in Stow, I walked away with a Jeep Cherokee limited edition with all the bells and whistles and the V6 engine for the same listed price for under my projected cost of 350 per month. We also had a interest rate of under 7% with fair credit. I ended up adding bumper to bumper and Power train coverage for 100,000 miles, coverage for paint, seats, floors and Gap coverage and still came away only paying 375 per month. Progressive should be investigated and I do plan on filing a complaint. More

Delayed trade in pay off has led to collection calls We traded in a lease we had financed through Chrysler Capitol on December 28th 2019 and i have been getting collection calls from Chrysler Capitol sin We traded in a lease we had financed through Chrysler Capitol on December 28th 2019 and i have been getting collection calls from Chrysler Capitol since February. As far as i know Progressive has not paid off the vehicle to date. this has affected my credit rating and I am now going to get my attorney involved. I will never deal with this company again and will let everyone i can know what has happened to me as a result of working with this dealer. More
Stay away! Inept sales who don’t feel the need to negotiate price, even when factory cash is available. Many other dealerships around that treat you better. negotiate price, even when factory cash is available. Many other dealerships around that treat you better. More

He got me into a brand new truck for less than other dealerships were trying to get me into a used truck. If you go to this dealership ask for Dakota, he worked a bunch of extra hours to get my deal going. If you have concerns mention them he will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smooth for you! Thanks Dakota, and progressive! More

Service Manager John K. is amazing to work with and I would give him 5 Stars on his own. However, as of July 2019, their Sales department needed extensive training and updating and I would give them a 1 star. I purchased my Dodge truck here after looking for a specific model for nearly 6 months. Called them on a Sat., let them know I was a serious buyer interested in a truck they had. Getting minimal details about the truck and someone to assist me was like pulling teeth. Then I asked for more: I let them know I lived several states away and wanted to purchase the truck and asked if they worked with digital documents for financing and transportation companies. They did not, although they are a large dealership. I then let them know I would fly in the next day to purchase the truck and asked what was needed to hold it and was initially given a hassle and told they could not hold it but eventually they held the truck. No ride from airport was offered but when I asked if one was available (airport is not that far from dealership) it seemed like I asked for a lot instead of a simple request. I flew in, Lyft’d to the dealership and the Salesman that was assigned to me the day before had the truck ready near the dealership entrance to preview and test drive. He did not seem to want to negotiate price, nor even offer me any Dodge merchandise (which I said I would accept instead of money off the vehicle price-was told it was unavailable and later found out he lied) and I did not attempt to negotiate any further (still regret this but wanted to buy the truck and start my long trek back home). There is also still an ongoing issue with a Target gift card that was promised via email and never received (for viewing/test driving a vehicle). I reached out to an Andi and although she has replied, this is still unresolved as the card was not received and I never heard back again from her or her Manager. The whole Sales team should be retrained and taught professional etiquette and how to provide great customer service. After purchasing the truck, it did have an engine issue within a month or so of ownership, which although I was out of state, John, the Service Manager, worked with me in amazing ways to get me taken care of! I highly recommend speaking with him if you need any work done on your vehicle. He was professional, caring and courteous! More
Doesn't want to make a sale I was Ready to buy a truck from them. i emailed someone to see about getting the truck and did not get a reply. Then I talked to someone who claimed I was Ready to buy a truck from them. i emailed someone to see about getting the truck and did not get a reply. Then I talked to someone who claimed to be a manager (Andi?) and as a dealership in 2019 made it seem like they cant do a In and out with trade ins. I didn't even argue the price....Just acted like they dont want to do business More

He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty. After we were approved for the loan, Ryan assisted in cleaning the vehicle to our expectations. John Marks was able to get us a low interest rate that was beyond our expectations. Overall, probably THE BEST experience buying a used vehicle. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again. -Thomas More
