Terrible experience never buy a car from here. I drove from another state 4 hours and it took this place 45 days to send me my title. I followed up time after time for absolutely no one to call me I drove from another state 4 hours and it took this place 45 days to send me my title. I followed up time after time for absolutely no one to call me back. The owner Tim, The manager Dean and Salesperson Maria all collected their money and never helped me or called me back about my missing title. Beware as this dealership illegally sells cars they don't have the titles too. More
I was ripped off from day one . Beware the manager salesman and Maria and service manager .. I came in every one seemed nice to nice but something didn’t feel right .Maria was so overly friendly and it was Creepy . I agreed to a deal of 28000 for a car and for them to throw in the undercoat and finish coat the car . They agreed to the deal .had a black markie . Had me signing this stuff with a black Markie . Maria told me 3 times go home and put papers in a desk . I went home looked over the papers . My worst nightmare had happened . I was ripped off . I was charged 28000 for car . Then charged $1495 on top of that . And only wanted to give me i. Interior coat and not the undercoat .I said I want my money back ! I don’t want that . I had to call them for a month to get my money back for that . Ended up paying full price for the car Took them 40 days to send my title . I had to end my vacation 2 days early because of expired tags. So I took the loss and excepted I had to pay 28000 for the car . With my my dads money who had just passed away . He wanted me to have a new car .I was his caregiver . They ripped me off .A 65 year old disabled woman ! Took advantage of me to the fullest . I’m hard at hearing and seeing . Then the outside trim on passenger door fell off . They told me I had 4 month’s warranty left . The back I interior carpet was coming up . I was almost in a car accident with my grandkids because of this trim . I have tried to talk to them and get them to fix it . They said this car is not under warranty and wasn't t under warranty when I drove it off the lot . It had 31000 miles on the car . I do not recommend this car dealer at all . I was ripped off and they would not even look at the car . I been in the hospital all this stress is horrible . I never dreamt they would do a senior citizen like this .Run as fast as you can . I gave them plenty of time to make things right .sad thing is it wouldn’t have cost them over 100 to fix that trim . I’m going to be leaving feedback everywhere I can and take them to small claims court . And let the Attorney General no what they did to me More
bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in November of 2022. I was so excited to buy it and the gentleman who helped me buy it was amazing and so nice. I have always done the normal routine maintenance on my ow I was so excited to buy it and the gentleman who helped me buy it was amazing and so nice. I have always done the normal routine maintenance on my own vehicles so in March I took it to the dealership service department for the mechanic to show me where everything was located for an oil change and the location of BOTH batteries in my car because the auto Stop/Start was not working properly, I also asked them to rotate my tires. I also asked that they kept me informed of everything they were doing because I told them I didn’t want anything extra stuff done to my vehicle. I was NOT informed of anything going on and then was called and told my vehicle was done and the bill was going to be a little over $2,000. I almost cried and asked how could that be. They wanted to charge me $600 for a battery that I replaced myself for $100. Fast forward to this past week, September 19th, 2023, I took my car in after having it looked at by 2 other certified mechanics, who told me my Front Right Wheel Bearing was going bad and need to be replaced. I was astonished because the car has 53,000 miles on it there was no reason for it to go bad. Two days after dropping it off (Thursday) and telling them my warranty covered my wheel bearing being replaced they called me to tell me that they got my warranty company to pay for the Rear Left Wheel Bearing, the Front Left Wheel Bearing, and the Front Stabilizer Bar/Link, all good to replace but not what I took it in to get replaced. I was told that my warranty company approved me having a rental car but when the dealership found out I was 20 they didn’t want to give me the rental car, they wanted it to be in my co-signers name and information, I don’t have a co-signer on my car. So it was in my name and my moms information, even though my warranty company knew I was 20 and still approved me for it. Once I was finally given the rental car I was parts should be in by Friday and hopefully the car would be done by Saturday and they would keep me up to date on progress. Once I drove off the lot with the rental I never heard from them again, until Monday morning when I received the call my car was done and my warranty company covered the Rear Left Wheel Bearing, the Front & Rear Stabilizer Bars/Links, all fine but not what I was told was being replace on Thursday or what I took my vehicle in to get replaced. I was told my mom didn’t have to be there to give the rental car back, so I drove it back myself, since it was in my name and I was dropping it off to get my car back I didn’t see an issue with it. I was also lied to and told by progressive that my warranty could only be accepted at the dealership I bought my car at and now in my warranty it strictly states that Progressive is never allowed to touch my vehicle again and I can take it to any certified mechanic that accepts my warranty. Not even 24 Hours after I got my car back it started making the same noise it was when I took it in to get the Front Right Wheel Bearing replaced. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM PROGRESSIVE! WORST COMPANY EVER! More
The worst dealing with a car dealership. Went online filled out trade in value. The amount was little higher then another dealership. I did not purchase at other dealership and called the de Went online filled out trade in value. The amount was little higher then another dealership. I did not purchase at other dealership and called the dealership asking how accurate online trade in calculation are. They said extremely accurate i repeated the question because the dealership is over 2 hours away. She repeated how much the estimate trade in was. She said it will be worth the drive. So I set up a appointment to have my trade in looked at and test drive the 2021 ram at 2 o'clock. I arrived at 1:45 to the dealership spoke to the sales person. Asked again about the online trade in value. He repeated said pretty accurate. (I realize my truck wasn't perfect and expected the low ranges or slightly below) We walked to his desk and gave him my info. He said he find the keys and could drive it. Search for 10 to 15 minutes for keys couldn't find them. After the 15 minutes said a manger has the truck. He could drive me to look at it but had to take me in his personal minivan. The mini van was extremely dirty inside. We drove another 25 minutes to another economy dealership. Walked around the truck. Some minor scratches, some little dents, not clean on the outside. Open the door and first thing I noticed was smelled someone just finished smoking in it. Still took the truck for test drive. The truck drove good it only had 40000 miles. As driving it the smoke smell started to smell more like Marijuana. Has cigarette and Marijuana smoke smell in it. The sales person asked if was still interested. I said the truck drove nice but with the smell it would have to be a pretty good deal. Drove the truck 25 minute's back to the dealership. Sat at his desk showed him the screenshot of the online estimate and said we should be in the range. He came back to me with almost 10,000 less. Then question him on that. He said we have been using a third party trade in value so not our fault. I said yes that would be your fault plus a asked several times how accurate it was. Keep in mind I know my truck is 7 years old. No dents only scratches are in the bed. The trade in was 4000 less then the other dealership. I have purchased 17 vehicles in my life. By far tge worst experience. More
Mike McCarthy greeted us and from the start of our visit listened to our needs, shared options and ultimately helped us buy our son his Sweet 16 first car! Through every step he listened and was not pushy. listened to our needs, shared options and ultimately helped us buy our son his Sweet 16 first car! Through every step he listened and was not pushy. Then the icing on the cake was meeting Maria and her thoughtful, detailed, and amazingly sweet personality to work thorough the financing. So thankful for a dealership that keeps their customers first over pushing a deal. Thank you Mike and Maria!!! From your friends in the valley! David & Amanda Graybill More
