Mike saved me a TON of money by TELLING me the things I didn't need, as opposed to, SELLING me the things I didn't need. Strange twist for a dealership and their service department I know, but the Sanders brothers seem to have it down and run the most professional dealership I've been to. More

Lip Service 10/19/17 I'm having a nightmare of a time. I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk brand new 2 years ago; my first new car! Drove it away feeling grea 10/19/17 I'm having a nightmare of a time. I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk brand new 2 years ago; my first new car! Drove it away feeling great about my purchase but present day I have taken it in for at least 12 warranty repairs! The last Whopper, my transmission went out, making my car inoperable, stuck in the middle of an intersection at a traffic light. Nobody at this dealer thinks this is as alarming as I do. I'm blessed as I was on my way to work and 3 of MY coworkers pushed me down the road into the parking lot to get towed to Progressive later. Everytime I took my car to Progressive for warranty work, my car was flashed and my car drove worse and worse. Now I'm being told it's a Fiat and being told the transmission problem is not a transmission problem when I know it is because I have now had to figure out how cars work because I can't rely on this dealer to tell the truth! Why can't they do the right thing and buy the faulty Fiat that has a Jeep logo back from me for what I bought it for?? Why do I have to pay for the faulty product that is no fault of mine?? I feel bamboozled and am being given the run around so I keep my money there. Do the right thing already so we can get on with our lives in a car that runs not from Progressive Dodge, Jeep, Ram. 11/1/17 Update: I feel like I'm stuck in a bad relationship. More
Trick or Treat? What a treat! This enthusiastic team of employees really impressed me; by providing outstanding customer service. First, I was greeted with a smile by What a treat! This enthusiastic team of employees really impressed me; by providing outstanding customer service. First, I was greeted with a smile by Kaylee at the service desk. She was fast and efficient and introduced a new member of their team, Lou Fischer. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that I received the best customer service. In addition to this, the employees at the bodyshop were quicker than lightening, and buffed out some surface scratches on my door. All this service was provided, without a scheduled appointment. Overall, I left their feeling like part of a big happy Jeep family. Most importantly my Jeeps oil change was serviced quickly and I was given a free courtousy car wash at their new facility. I was impressed how my Jeep was spot free and the unlimited vaccum time. My experience with J.P. the manager of the carwash was just as sweet. Personally, I highly recommend this particular dealerships staff members for all your future Jeep maintenance needs. They are sure to bring a smile to your face. More

Service department The service department is a complete joke! Under staffed or incompetence, I don't know what one but it's a joke. I've brought my company truck to prog The service department is a complete joke! Under staffed or incompetence, I don't know what one but it's a joke. I've brought my company truck to progressive in Massillon several times and every time I've waited over 4 hours for a simple oil change and fuel filter change. The reason for THIS review is because I made an appointment for a 7:30 am drop off for a simple service again. I called them at 2:00pm to check the status of my truck only to find out my truck is still sitting where I parked it at 7:30 am. This will be the last time I bring my truck to this dealership. If you have an entire day to waste sitting around doing absolutely nothing then I recommend this dealership. If you are like most every other person and have a list of xxxx you have to do on the very few days off you have from work take your vehicle somewhere else so you don't have to check yourself into a hospital for high blood pressure after dealing with this place!!! More

The ambush began less than 5 minutes of my arrival when I was told one wheel was terribly out of alignment and would cost $120 to repair. Then after having my truck for 2 days I receive a string of text messages with a number of other things their multi-point inspection found. I realize that the service department is an income center for a dealership, but Progressive can and should be more upfront with what they intend to do with our cars and trucks when we take them there. This was for a recall notice, and I didn't ask for or authorize them to do a multi-point inspection. And I expected my truck back that afternoon, not 2 days later. More
