Great Due Diligence While looking at multiple dealerships for a new used vehicle; I came across Priority Toyota. My partner and I browsed the lot and were then greeted ou While looking at multiple dealerships for a new used vehicle; I came across Priority Toyota. My partner and I browsed the lot and were then greeted outside my Ms. Bonham. She asked if we were being helped already and I replied no. She was polite, kind, and very helpful with assisting us around the lot. Once we saw nothing on the lot; she invited us in to look on their computer. Due to my tight budget, and other private factors, I did not walk out with a new used car that day. Yet, I still received a follow up the next morning from Ms. Bonham. I would rate her customer service skills at an A+(5 star) rating. I have shared my positive experience with friends as well as coworkers. If I don't end up purchasing from Priority Toyota; I still want them to know how excellent my service was. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. More
