After my car was totaled in an accident, I was forced into needing a new vehicle, and Kris did everything he could to help me get what I needed for me and my family, and something I could afford. The 4Runner Limited Nightshade is beautiful, drives great, and it's safe. It's got all the things I need, and Kris was upfront about the things I didn't need, which I appreciated. It was a great experience, and he was great to be around. Amber was no different. She was a pleasure to work with, and did a wonderful job getting the right warranty for me. I really enjoyed my time with both of them (and the whole Priority team). Going anywhere else would have been a missed opportunity. More

2017 toyota camry When i arrived to Priority Toyota Chesapeake Va, I had it in my mind, i was going to Priority only, I had just left Navy federal with a check, ready When i arrived to Priority Toyota Chesapeake Va, I had it in my mind, i was going to Priority only, I had just left Navy federal with a check, ready to buy my car, I had already viewed the cars on the web, to make a long story short, Mr Arthur Wells and his manager informed me they could give me a better rate that Navy federal, of course i didn't believe them, ( i said to myself here comes the sales pitch), well, omg, i got the best rate ever, I will always be grateful for my great salesman Mr Wells, his manager (forgot his name and Mr David Rios in the finance dept. Did i mention, a nice woman, came over while i was waiting and ask me did i want some coffee and water, Best customer service ever. Excellent Purchased a new 2019 RAV4 AWD last month. And I dropped my car off to get the protection coating and the under coating on the RAV4. I noticed a scratc Purchased a new 2019 RAV4 AWD last month. And I dropped my car off to get the protection coating and the under coating on the RAV4. I noticed a scratch on the front passenger window when I got home. I know the scratch wasn't on there when I dropped my vehicle off that morning. So I called and Tiffany was already gone for the day. So I contacted Jarred in sales department, explained the situation. Told him I could bring the vehicle back to the dealership that day so he could see the scratched. Came back spoke with Jarred and he saw the scratch as well. He said he will make sure Tiffany gets the message. I also left Miranda in Service Department and left her a vcmail message as well.To make a long story short. Miranda, Tiffany, Adam, and Jarred made sure I was taken care of. All For Are The Best!!!! More
