Priority Toyota Chesapeake is best because of its people I bought my last 2 cars from Priority Toyota of Chesapeake and there is only one reason for that - THEY SIMPLY HAVE THE BEST PEOPLE. My husband bought his last 3 cars there, and we have our cars serviced there regularly. Don't get me wrong, there is true salesmanship going on there, but the people are professionals. The sale is not the end they build a relationship that keeps you coming back. The professionalism of Sherwood Eure, Elmer and Bob in the service department, and Amber, made for a great experience. They make it easy for you - that's the relationship they build with their customers. We love Priority Toyota of Chesapeake. More
Bad Service I bought a new RAV4 here in 2015 and the priorites for life service has not been good. The service paperwork they have provided has been incorrect on I bought a new RAV4 here in 2015 and the priorites for life service has not been good. The service paperwork they have provided has been incorrect on 3 occasions. One time, they checked that the washer and brake fluids had been checked and were full. I knew they were low so I checked them when I got home. Neither had been filled. I had to go buy washer and brake fluid to fill them myself. The car wash broke a few years ago and they never fixed it, so now I don't even get a car wash. I went yesterday, Thursday, September 19th for my free inspection at 11:30 am. I had called the week before and they said they won't make appointments for inspections. This is surprising as this is a contract benefit of my purchase. When I went for my inspection, they refused to give it to me because they were busy. I took off work to have this done so I had to go down the street and pay $20 for an inspection. One other thing, when they check your air filter and it is full of stuff, they don't even bang it out, it gets put back in your car full of grossness. How can you do that to someone - so rude!! More

Best experience ever We have been trying to trade in my crossover for about a year now because it family outgrew it. With my negative equity nobody was able to help us. We stumbled upon our most wanted vehicle online at priority Toyota. We thought it was out of it price range by a little bit but decided to check it out anyway. We were greeted by a couple of friendly sales people and after asking for Daniel Vennard he left us in the hands of a very great rep named Joey B. They quickly let us look at the vehicle, test drive it with all of our carseats installed, and after running numbers we told them that we needed a little more for.our trade. They went above and beyond and quickly agreed to give us what we asked for our trade plus a bit more and then treated our family of 5 to lunch in their cafe. They were very patient with us (having three very young children), they had a kids area to keep them entertained, and when it came to financing it was the FASTEST experience I'd ever had. We were in and out of the dealership in 4 hours and it was a busy day! I am so very impressed and would recommend Priority Toyota in Chesapeake to EVERYONE! More

Payments were not what I wanted but I cant expect much they did all they could I felt with my credit. I plan to refinance in 6 months of on time payments. Go with duke! Lousy Service I bought a Certified used 2016 Subaru WRX from Priority Toyota in the end of June. They sold the vehicle to me without it being inspected or serviced. I bought a Certified used 2016 Subaru WRX from Priority Toyota in the end of June. They sold the vehicle to me without it being inspected or serviced. And when my father took the car back up there to be serviced and inspected they claimed only one of the tires failed inspection. And replaced it with a totally different brand tire and damaged the paint on the rim; while saying the other three tires were still good. Those 3 original tires however will not pass NC state inspection because of having bald spots on the inner tread area of the tire. It is pretty bad when you have to replace tires on a Certified vehicle, when you haven't even had the car for 3 full months and haven't even put 3,000 miles on it yet. I had been talking to Lenzo Giuseppe since the issue started (July 1st). And while he has tried to help however he could, I was basically told today (Amber) that all your dealership would do is reimburse me for one tire. Wayne Batty More
