We count on him to walk us thru what needs to be done. He always presented the pros and cons of the solutions so we can make the right decision. Never once were we pushed to purchase products or services that were not needed. We completely trust him! Ken & Estelle More

We knew what we wanted walking in and we walked out getting what we wanted. Stevon helped us out get the paperwork taken care of which was a little bit trickier since we were registering out of state. Overall, great and quick experience. Probably took about 4 hours total, which some of that time was waiting on my wife to get back with the trade-in vehicle. More

Excellent Experience! I wanted a JEEP Gladiator but I wanted a JEEP Gladiator, but stopped by Priority Toyota to test drive a 2019 Tacoma (fully loaded) to compare with Gladiator as recommended by Sales I wanted a JEEP Gladiator, but stopped by Priority Toyota to test drive a 2019 Tacoma (fully loaded) to compare with Gladiator as recommended by Salesman Daniel Dykes. With no pressure at the beginning, middle, or closing of the deal, I made the decision to purchase a second TACOMA. The TACOMA that I had been driving for 9-10 years was given the full TRUECAR trade-in value. Although I did test drive a JEEP Gladiator, the Toyota salesman gave me all the information I needed to make my own decision for the best choice overall... for me. I did use the USAA Car buying service and all things considered, it was an Excellent overall experience! It was my second purchase in 10 years from Priority Toyota of Chesapeake, VA. More
Awkward Start Grant analyzed what I wanted and SR5 did not offer that. I left and received 2calls shortly after to look at a TRD Sport ,I was out of town and return Grant analyzed what I wanted and SR5 did not offer that. I left and received 2calls shortly after to look at a TRD Sport ,I was out of town and returned 2 days later. I had checked online with Koons toyota and checked price and got a lower price and vehicle would be shipped to them. Called Grant and he would match price, It was the SAME TRUCK..I never new that.It never was shipped and we agreed on price. The reason for rating is because Mr.Harmen said it would be $750 more as finance discount would not apply. I paid cash. Toyota had a $1500.00 discount that was applied. Grant was suburb and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Regards, Bill Lehm More

My father and I went in simply to browse their selection of Highlanders and Kelan showed us one in the Ooh LALA color and the rest is history. He was able to help us get the right deal and worked to get the keys in our hands. He really made us feel like part of the priority family and the dealership like a cool hang out spot. I would and will send anybody who’s looking to purchase a new vehicle straight to my guy Kelan. We took about a hours drive and it was well worth it. More

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I purchased my vehicle in August of 2017. When I sat down with Jim Germain, the finance manager, I was offered and purchased a 66 month warranty for my windshield a vehicle in August of 2017. When I sat down with Jim Germain, the finance manager, I was offered and purchased a 66 month warranty for my windshield and tires. He said that whatever the issue, a nail in the tire or if my wife is driving the vehicle and hits a pot hole and the tire blows, priority will replace the tire. I was given one sheet of paper showing what I purchased. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed my front tire was getting low after inflating it a couple of days prior and after looking closely, I discovered I had a nail in the tire. I called priority to verify my coverage and was told that I wouldn't be able to be seen until October 1st. I was a little annoyed about the big delay and was told I could take off the tire myself and bring the tire in. My first opportunity was September 30 so, I removed my tire and carried my tire into the service center. I was doing my dealing with Bob from team gray or silver and he was going to get the tire replaced and have it ready for me the following day. On the 1st of October, a female from priority called me and said that my warranty wouldn't cover the tire because the tread was too low and and that I could purchase a new one for $175 plus whatever other fees. I was shocked and really pissed. I asked her how this could be possible when this information about a minimum tread requirement wasn't disclosed to me, it's not on any of the paper work I was given by Mr. Germain or any other employee there at priority. I wasn't given this information when I called to inquire about the coverage and if the tread is too low, why did priority pass them for inspection in August. The girl was totally useless and I told her I'd go by to pick up the rim. I walked into the service center and Bob assisted me as best he could. Bob seems like a genuinely nice person and I feel bad because I wasn't being pleasant when I went to pick up the rim...which still had the bad tire on it. Bob double checked the tread on his own accord and was very apologetic that his hands were tied in this situation. I'm pissed that priority didn't disclose important information to me and that it puts it's employees in a position where customers will be upset and for good reason. I paid extra money for coverage that isn't being honored. Don't be duped into free oil changes, or free inspections or a nice waiting area. A company that doesn't honor it's offers or warranties, especially through deception, is not a company I will do business with in the future nor will I ever recommend anyone to do business with them.
