Today my experience with car buying as something to be dreaded was completely turned around. I have seen commercials for Priority Dealerships in the past so I was excited to give them a shot since my deal dreaded was completely turned around. I have seen commercials for Priority Dealerships in the past so I was excited to give them a shot since my dealings with Kimnach Ford were lackluster to say the least. The staff was super courteous and attentive to my needs offering drinks and other accommodations that I’m not used to when car shopping. I was greeted by numerous members of their team and ultimately setup with Elmer who took what customer service means to the next level. He showed me a few cars that I was interested in while making sure we were comfortable the entire time. I had a small mishap with misunderstanding what my actual credit score was and felt a little embarrassed but he eased my concerns and quickly gave me many options until we finally settled on the perfect car in my ideal budget. I’ve dealt with people and pride myself on superior customer service and am super impressed with Elmer’s uncompromising professional performance standards in making sure I left absolutely delighted. I believe any up and coming salesperson should take a page out of Elmer’s book. I appreciate everyone that took the time to assist me and would recommend Priority Toyota to anyone tenfold! Tim Eure greeted my brother and I in the front lot, introduced himself with a solid handshake and asked how he could help us. From start to finish, Tim was professional, not pushy in any manner, extremely polite and accommodating. It takes a special type of person and personality to succeed in sales, and it's clear that Tim has it. After showing a few 4Runner models off, we took a look at the Tacoma trucks, as this was what I originally wanted years ago before purchasing the Chevy Colorado that I traded in. Tim asked the right questions to ensure he had a clear understanding of what I was looking for, there was no upselling, no banter, no bs as you'd find in other lots. As a straight forward type of person, I respected that along with the friendly but not overly silly demeanor of the entire sale. It's clear Priority has a solid training program and retains good experienced staff. Tim worked with his associates to ensure a fair trade in price was offered and explained each step along the way what the figures meant and how they all fit the bottom line. The steadfast demands I laid out were adhered to (even if that possibly meant the company took a small hit), in the end they did right by the customer and in turn have earned my business for years to come as well as my professional recommendation should others ask. I simply cannot be happier with the purchase. I truly hope Tim's supervisor reads this, as he should be the model for their training program. In this day and age where there are so many options bombarding the customer, Tim went above and beyond to ensure I was not simply a number on the sales floor, he exceeded expectations and ensured that I was given a fair and reasonable deal. This is the American way, I only wish others would realize that. When it came to the finance portion, Zeke doubled down on the professional nature. He laid out all options, explained them in a way that was easy to understand and fair. It's quite clear that this is the A++ all around team and I truly cannot speak more highly about them. More

He listened to my preferences and did not try to push me into something that was bigger or more costly than I really wanted to purchase. He took the time to let me browse and drive several vehicles, which led to my purchase of a 2016 Highlander. He was great! The paperwork process is long...but that is to be expected at any dealership. It is just the way it is. I would recommend the dealership....ask for Nicholaus! More
I have been with Priority Toyota for over 8yrs now and just traded for 2020 Camry which I Love Love Love!! My Sales Rep Stevon Robinson was a God send! Called him to set up an appointment to explore buying one for myself, for my retirement. Daniel knew I was used to a bigger truck so he also showed me the Tundra. I didn’t think I could afford the Tundra,but with Factory rebates and dealer mark down through negotiations, he was able to get me within $2000 of the Tacoma negotiated price. I probably would still have bought the Tacom, but to say the least, I was ecstatic that we could work out the deal on the Tundra. The price difference was so close that I just couldn’t pass up the larger truck and I knew I would be a lot happy in the Tundra. I also had great experience with Walter Diggs in the finance dept. I have a great credit rating but thought I would have to wait until Monday to go to Navy Federal. Walter was able to match their rate and I was able to complete the deal last night. Overall I would rate the 2 of them as 10 plus! They both have great personalities, not pushy and make you feel relaxed and in good hands. More
