Due to the fact that the Tundra was built to survive a serious crash my wife and I survived. About three weeks later I decided it was time to look for a new vehicle. I did a lot of research and decided I wanted a 2018 Rav 4 hybrid . I had no idea what trim line , color or options I wanted. I test drove a few different Rav 4's and decided Jarred Dukes and Priority Toyota was where I would try to purchase a new vehicle to replace the Tundra that I loved. Jarred worked with me to make sure every detail was taken care of so I had what I wanted. The day we finalized the deal it was pouring down rain . Jarred pulled a Rav 4 into the enclosed service area so we didn't have to get wet . He drove us out to the back of Priority so we could see the interior of a Rav 4 that they didn't have in a hybrid. After the interior color and the exterior color and options were decided on . Priority found a vehicle that had everything we wanted. I am not a patient person but Jarred and the Priority Team made sure all the details were taken care of to my satisfaction . Moved from Hawaii to Virginia To preface this review, I'm in the military and moved from Hawaii to Virginia. My initial contact with the dealership, came about while I was in Ha To preface this review, I'm in the military and moved from Hawaii to Virginia. My initial contact with the dealership, came about while I was in Hawaii. I was doing research on Toyota 4Runners utilizing the USAA car buying service(turns out it's TrueCar). Jarred Dukes was the initial contact with the dealership, and ended up being the sales guy I worked with the whole time. I'd never used the TrueCar or USAA car buying service so I was not familiar with the process, but Jarred helped educate me some on that process. When I signed up for the car buying service with USAA, initially, three dealerships contacted me. Priority Toyota ended up getting my interest as the salesperson (Jarred Dukes) was the least "pushy" and understood the situation the best. I was in Hawaii and the other dealerships only wanted to do business with me in person. They wouldn't give me any information over the phone, and said I should contact them when I arrived in Virginia. So this began my relationship with Jarred at priority, as he was willing to give me price and specs over the phone. When I arrived in Virginia, I had a lot to accomplish, within the first week. I was closing on our house, sister's wedding, receiving my vehicle from shipping port, and buying a new vehicle. Needless to say, I communicated all this with Jarred and he was happy just keeping us informed of what was available and to let him know when we wanted to come in and test drive a 4Runner with my specs I was interested in. After about a week in Virginia, house closed on, wedding successful, I had some free time to go to Priority and finally test drive a 4Runner. Not going to lie, I really enjoyed driving the SUV! Although, I enjoyed the ride, I didn't need the ride, and wasn't willing to pay MSRP on it. I let Jarred know and the sales manager know what I was thinking the vehicle was worth. They let me know they would contact with their best price. A few days passed, I got a call from Jarred saying they could meet me at the price we spoke about the last time I was in the dealership. I didn't want to waste time, so I asked what price they were offering. It wasn't quite what I was expecting. So I told them I would contact other dealerships in the area with the vehicle in their lot inventory and see what they would offer. After receiving a few sales prices on the phone I contacted Jarred and let him know what the competition was offering. He got back to me shortly and let me know they would match the best offer. This was my second biggest purchase within a few weeks of moving to Virginia. Throughout this process, Jarred has maintained his friendliness, courteous nature, enthusasism, and respect through the three or four weeks I was trying to get this 4Runner. I really appreciate his hard work, hustle, and enthusiasm to this buying process. At the end of the process I was happy to deal with Jarred and got a new 18 4Runner TRD PRO. More

The best dealership family ever! I met Mr. Jorge Alvarez locally after recently moving to the area and we hit it off and became friends right away, being from the same hometown. Turned out he is a Finance Officer here and I was in dire need of a new vehicle, he took such great care of my spouse and I when purchasing our new Toyota RAV4. He bent over backwards and sideways and every which way to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted while still fitting within our budget and getting the rebates we were eligible for, I feel as though I've made a lifetime friend. Our salesperson, Mrs. Tiffany Barksdale was just SO down to earth and easy to talk to and relatable. She was super patient with me and never once faltered in her ability to cater to each and every single one of my needs. Who says women can't thrive, and be great, at selling cars?! She broke the stigma! They are both very beautiful souls and the energy they gave off was ALWAYS nothing but kind, helpful, and caring - something you rarely encounter in an environment such as a huge car dealership like this one. All the other staff that we brushed shoulders with were incredible too, so friendly and such good vibes in this place. Tom Harmon made me feel so much better when he went out of the way to find and make sure they did in fact have the vehicle we were looking for, in the color we wanted, Galactic Aqua! They even have a movie theater room, a manicurist that does hands for free on Wednesdays, a Cafe with yummy foods, a shoeshine station, and a ping pong table, plus a Starbucks coffee/hot chocolate machine. Place is LIT! Totally recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle without having to experience the fear of pushy, rude, and deceptive salespeople. 10/10 !!! 🖤 More
