We sought Tim out based on other customer reviews and he did not disappoint. My husband called him to talk about what he was looking for. Tim took the time to listen to what was important to us when buying the car down to color and a big bow and made an appointment with us for later that evening. When we arrived, Tim was pleasant. He talked with us again about what was important and took us to see a few trucks that he had chosen for us based on our requests. He took the time to explain to us the differences in the base model, sport and 4x4 pro. In the end, he was honest about what we wanted versus what we needed and was able to get us the truck we needed in the color we wanted and with a big bow for her birthday! Tim never once tried to oversell, heck, he probably undersold to make sure that we were getting the best truck for our financial investment. He was honest, personable, and professional. Tim has gained our business now and in the future. Our daughter's birthday was a little over two weeks from when we purchased the vehicle and Tim arranged for the truck to stay at Priority until we needed it. He made sure that it would be cleaned up and ready for pickup. He even offered to set up a time with our daughter to go over everything on the truck, help her set things up and walk her around the dealership. Just wanted to thank Adam the service manager and Russell for looking after me in the issue that I had with my Toyota Tacoma 2017. I had an issue with the white paint job on the truck when I brought it to th for looking after me in the issue that I had with my Toyota Tacoma 2017. I had an issue with the white paint job on the truck when I brought it to their attention they immediately got things going and had my truck in and out of the shop in a timely fashion and fixed my truck. They also provided me with a rental and kept me posted when they said they were. Overall I had an outstanding experience. After getting my truck back I realized that my fog lights were not working at all. I took the truck back up to Russell and he immediately handled it the same day had my fog lights fixed and ready to go for me when I finished the workday. Very knowledgeable outstanding people skills and treated me great I love this dealership. More
