The Customer Relations Manager (Amber) reach out to me and I expressed how I was treated and the reason for review. She was apologetic, very professional and willing to help.. Unfortunately the first impression was horrible and fees are extremely high. RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH before being swindled for over MSRP. Hopefully Ms. Amber and the dealership truly addressed the issue with the sales manager (which text me, I believe was mandated).

Amber Alcaraz, all you have sent out is a computer generated, insincere statement to try and give the public the perception that Priority Toyota cares about it's customers. I responded to your computer generated statement from another review I had posted, and guess what ... you didn't respond back to my reply. The company you work for did nothing because you all are fake, and dishonest. I spoke on the phone with Tom Ellmer, not the owner Dennis Elmer, but Tom regarding my reviews. He gave the same sorry rhetoric that all of the other employees at Priority Toyota have given me in the past. I hope that my reply here gets posted, because I want people to know that what you sent out is nothing but an attempt to get potential customers to think that Priority cares. Priority Toyota does not care at all about their customers. They only care about their profits. And just to let you know, in the past I have spoken to Kelly Asble who was also a customer relations manager with Priority. I have spoken to other mangers within Priority's service department. But nothing has changed. If anything, things are even worse after the conversations I have had with them. I want all potential customers to know, that Priority Toyota would be a terrible choice if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend sending your business somewhere else. Make your purchase at a dealership that will treat you right.
