This dealership is the worst. Several weeks ago I sent a message to the General Manager, Nick Mumejian, outlining my concerns with the vehicle I purchased. I followed up with several phone calls but he still has not responded. About two weeks ago I received a message from Rob Brasco claiming he wanted to make sure all customers were taken care of. I tried to contact him several times, by phone, and even showed up at the dealership, but he has never responded to my concerns. That is not customer service. They are the worst and I am not a happy customer - but they do not care. More

After finding out my 2PM was going to take longer than expected because of the end of the month rush, Mr Brown stepped in to take extra special care of me, as I had booked this appointment 2 weeks in advance for a tire rotation. Salesman allocated a car for us and took a deposit. The car was supposed to arrive within the next 14 days. We never heard anything so when I reached out, we found out it had been sold from under us.
