Mr. McCabe, I apologize you feel that way. As discussed, we may very well be able to give you additional money for your vehicle. However, without you ever bringing it here for us to look at, and the fact that you are calling from over 2 hours away, does make us a little conservative on our trade value. If you would like to bring it by, we may very well be able to give you some more for your trade. Possibly even more than you have been previously offered by other 3rd party companies. Even those companies would require a visual inspection of the vehicle before giving you the final value quoted. Please let me know if you can come by so we can see it in person.

Let's be real here you were out to rip off a future customer. The vehicle I was trading in is in like new condition and I would of gladly took as many pics or even video of the vehicle to address any concerns. I had pre-approval check in hand to do this deal but this was handled poorly. I have worked in the car business myself both sides of the house as a sales rep and Finance. Your offer of $41k was a low blow anyway you cut it. I'm sorry we couldn't come to a deal. Next time just tell the person to bring in the car from the start for appraisal. This will avoid all possible insults beforehand. I will work with a dealership who values their potential customers.
