Just came home from my wife buying a new 4 Runner. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Five and a half hours of my life I can t get back. Wasted my day off for that crap. They act like this was the first time they've ever sold a car. Salesman fine agreed to the deal within an hour. The rest was pure misery. Sit and wait. Finance sure with a credit rating of 780 they offered 3.1. Thanks but no thanks - credit union 1.9. Half way through getting it set up with CU the finance guy says "well I could do ..." Yeah, I see, you're not going to help, you're going to make that part of the negotiations I guess. I don't think so. Punishment - sit FOREVER. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! More

Service department first tried to charge me to complete a recall on my tacoma, then lied and said they couldn't perform the recall when I refused to pay. The service manager, Connie was rude and unprofessio recall on my tacoma, then lied and said they couldn't perform the recall when I refused to pay. I tried to get a hold of the dealership manager but their customer service representative couldn't get anyone to take my phone call, I left a message with another manager and my call was never returned. I found Amber Alcaraz's information and sent her an email not once but twice and after 3 weeks I have not received a response. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership ever again and I would advise you to shop elsewhere. They do not care about customer service, they just pretend to on websites like this. More

They have started charging over MSRP. Sales team did not let us know until we were at the dealership. Drove over two hours to try and get a car. They need to be upfront with pricing especially when couples let us know until we were at the dealership. Drove over two hours to try and get a car. Priority Toyota is extremely good in SELLING cars however very POOR in the Service Department. I bought my 3rd car here because the attention and support I received after I bought my cars. Not once but now twice I had the worst service in my life. 1st time they send me off after an inspection and my car came to a complete stop in the middle of no where. I had to have my car towed. It wS the battery. According to them batteries is not part of an inspection. Brand new car with 8k miles. 2nd time made an appointment for 20 miles check up. One hour in and my car has not been worked on yet. I have two ahead of me. Something is definitely wrong. This is Not what it use to be! More
