Had an appointment for basic 15k service. Was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. At 2.5 hours went and asked how much longerand was told 20 minutes. I exained I couldnt wait anymore because I had to get my young kid off the bus. They said they would hurry but it took 25 more minutes. So it ended up being over 3 hours when i had an appointment. While waiting I walked around and noticed the new cars all had extra destination fees and a fee for added pinstripes. What a scam so glad I didn't buy my new toyota there. Don't waste your time or money there are several other beter toyota delearships in Hampton Roads. More
We went to Toyota to purchase a Toyota and the sales person sold us on a Nissan Quest and we bought it. It's been a nightmare. We received a message that said that AUL has approved a radiator and that t person sold us on a Nissan Quest and we bought it. It's been a nightmare. We received a message that said that AUL has approved a radiator and that the service department order the radiator and we called and left many messages and finally heard back from Connie today 5/2/22 @ 10:20am and she said that it wasn't approved. Again, another NIGHTMARE. No one knows what they are doing and we just keep getting the runaround. We we spoken down to by the mechanic Karla when we were there and she told us to take our vehicle to Nissan instead of bringing it there. I absolutely cannot believe how we are being treated by Toyota. This doesn't seem real at all since my family buys nothing but Toyotas because of the excellent service they get. What happened? Someone please help me with this one. Please. More
