A really busy place, but they made the time to get me through the sale. I was intimidated at first, but the excellent sales staff got me the car I wanted. My salesman, Shelva, did a great job breaking down the numbers and showing me all of the features of my car. I could tell that Priority puts a lot of emphasis on training, as Shelva was very knowledgeable about his cars. I would give Priority 5 stars, but their "adjustment" or price over MSRP, was very high. I definitely paid a premium for my vehicle. That said, the sales and administration personnel I worked with were friendly and professional. More

Our only negative comments would be that we were promised a military rebate and were not told that rebate was not available until the last signature Our only negative comments would be that we were promised a military rebate and were not told that rebate was not available until the last signature of the finance process. We were told our monthly would be 478 and it ended up being 525 with the same APR as the estimate. Also we were sold on a color we didn’t want because it would be there in “1-2 weeks” but ended up being closer to 1-2 months. Just would have been nice getting this info upfront. More

I I have a bumper to bumper warranty I took it right to the Toyota dealership where I purchased it they gave me the runaround and then I contacted customer service Toyota it took two weeks for someone to get back to me when I got a phone call back from Trina she told me I hit something or someone hit me and we are not responsible goodbye so why then went online And contact it Dennis the guy you see on TV and he still has not responded to any of my emails I don’t think this is the right place for anybody to buy a new Toyota go to a different dealership they have the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. More
