I wrote in the other review the customer service I didn’t receive was horrible! The person I had to work with was too preoccupied to let me know my vehicle was ready and had me sitting for additional 30-45 m receive was horrible! The person I had to work with was too preoccupied to let me know my vehicle was ready and had me sitting for additional 30-45 min when she could have called. She claims she did but that is a complete lie and don’t mind showing my phone record and if I can get this text I should have gotten one my car was done. Twenty two minutes to even have someone say hello have you been helped. I would have rather went some where else and paid for my oil change then deal with ppl that clearly don’t care. More

My appointment took entirely too long for a simple oil and filter change. The dealership did not top off my other fluids such as my windshield wiper fluid and did not re-set my maintenance required notif and filter change. Great representative, not pressured to have additional repairs done. Walked the show room with no pressure. I bought my truck at a different dealer, but castrated poorly so I bring it here and it's been repairs done. Walked the show room with no pressure.
