I am a first-time car buyer and have little to no experience with cars or the buying process. Although I came with someone who has bought a car before; I was glad to be helped by Kelan Robertson. He was patient, transparent about the process/fees, and polite. I would suggest anyone who is new to buying a car to work with him.
