I brought my Grandson to the waiting room. I showed him all the features and he was very impressed, especially the café. He also compliment on the Wi-Fi lounge being so private. The current service advisor was very friendly and nice. When I needed the service tech to answer questions he did and helped explain things to me. The service lobby and waiting are were both very clean. They run a tight ship when waiting in line before thr shop opens! I did not like the tip jar/cup in the shuttle van. I thought that was disrespectful. More
