My sales person was very nice, however pretty pushy. My problem has been with the service department. My first problem was with my paint protecting sealant. When I bought the protecting sealant I was tol problem has been with the service department. My first problem was with my paint protecting sealant. When I bought the protecting sealant I was told it would not have to be reapplied. However, I was told by the service department that I had to have it reapplied every six months for a fee. After inquiring more I found out that he had lied just to make me spend more money. Plus, every time I take my car to them for the simplest work, with an appointment, I have to wait for hours. My tires are never rotated when they are suppose to be, but when I contact them about the issue they refuse to answer. More

I took my 2010 Scion TC in for 20k mile service. They took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. I was charged 42% more than the advertised price. They over-filled my oil.
