It seems that there may have been a miscommunication when you came to our store. We prefer to confirm price in a written document, and we honor manufacturer incentives. These incentives come in the form of either a special finance rate or a rebate, not both. This is standard across the industry. It seems that a price was presented and you did not accept it. As for our engine guarantee, this is not a gimmick and we stand by our Priorities for Life program for our customers. We provide free oil and filter changes on all new cars as per the manufacturer recommendations. As long as customers allow us to change their oil for free, and follow this schedule, we guarantee their engine for life. That is a value for our customers that they enjoy and realize thousands of dollars in savings during their ownership of the vehicle.
