Same old service I always get - Excellence I have been a Priority customer for years; since 2004 and five vehicles. My service advisor the entire time has been Kenyan Mullen, THE GOLD TEAM. I I have been a Priority customer for years; since 2004 and five vehicles. My service advisor the entire time has been Kenyan Mullen, THE GOLD TEAM. I am always surprised when I see adverse reviews be it here, yelp, or elsewhere. Mr Mullen is up front ALWAYS about items that are necessary, needed soon, or if it is something I may want to do myself (within warranty!). He has fit me in to his service schedule on short notice more than once and I appreciate his always professional and friendly manner. I dropped my car off and was greeted in a very professional manner by the service advisor. Her name is Miranda and she serves on the silver team. While the problem was easy to find, it was extremely difficult to repair. The car was in the shop 3 days. Every day Miranda would call and give me an update. She was extremely helpful and informative. I appreciated the extra steps she took for the dealership to keep me abreast of the situation. He went away mad, brought in the "second voice," and rolled his eyes when she decided to leave. Also warned if she left it would have been a waste of their time. Instead of purchasing all of her vehicles from Priority, they just lost a customer "For Life!" More
