I wasn't even sure I wanted to purchase another Toyota (I've had six in a row) but he let me test drive several new and used models the day before. Then they encouraged me to drive the one I eventually bought all day to see if it "fit." Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful (from the receptionist to the finance man).
