Knowing that I was pressed for time due to working full time, being a full time student, and having my young children with me passed their dinner and bed time, the team went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable, expedite out transaction, and to ensure we were 100% happy with our transaction. They even included body side moldings, door edge guards, a rear bumper protector, all-weather floor liners, a retractable cargo cover, and remote starter. Believe it or not, the remote starter was actually a make or break for us in the deal because we plan to relocate to my home state of Wisconsin after I retired from the military after 22+ years of service. The even gave my wife a detailed run down of the vehicle, all the options, and even assisted her to connect her cellular phone to the Bluetooth system before driving off the lot. I also placed a down payment on a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road, 4X4, Long Bed which was special ordered directly from the factory. Rob Brasco personally contacted me to inform me that the factory not only accepted my special order, but that he was expecting delivery of the truck earlier than anticipated.
