During your visit we do apologize that your vehicle was not washed and if there was any extended wait time for your service. We’ve had issues as of late with our car washes. We are in the process of quoting to have them both replaced with brand new car washes. We apologize if this was not properly communicated to you by our service staff and caused you any inconvenience. Also, if there were items in the back of the truck, the vehicle will not be washed. We are not sure if that might have been the case during this visit, but regardless that should have been properly communicated to you by our staff. We hope to have new car washes in place in the coming months. We'd like to invite you, at your convenience, to come back to the dealership so we can wash your vehicle, if you like. Just contact Adam Brown, Service Manager, 757.366.5017 and he can let you know on that day if our wash is up and running.
