As usual, I came to your shop for my free oil change and left with your diagnostic report with over $6,88 of suggested repairs....When I receive your recommendations I always get a second opinion and as usu left with your diagnostic report with over $6,88 of suggested repairs....When I receive your recommendations I always get a second opinion and as usual find your recomendations to be over the top and over priced. I eventually decided to replace that left front axel and rubber boot, replaced tie rod, wipper blades and cabin air filter...I also needed an alignment because of the axel and tie rod work I also needed an alignment. My cost for the repairs that were actually needed...$1,200 vs your recomendation of $6,800. I'm having the work done by a Midas dealer. I would never rely on recommendations from your service department. The only reason I return is for the Priority for Life free oil change....I am having Midas do my inspection this time....I would never..ever have work done based on your service dept recommendation without getting a second opinion!
