The car had some electrical issues and had to be the shop a few times, I purchased a used 2015 Venza from Tim Eure at Priority Toyota on July 4, 2018. He stayed in contact, followed up and served as the link between the service department and me to insure great service.I even decided to exchange my car for another one due to all of the issues and Tim contacted me with alternatives and suggestions. I never felt pressured to drive or look at a certain vehicle and when I did want to take a car for a drive there was no hesitation and Tim was right on it! I was impressed with how quickly we went over paperwork and before I left he made me feel very comfortable in my new car with all of its features. Tim was fantastic at explaining what the features in the car did before I left along with setting up my phone with the bluetooth. I drove off happy, comfortable and knowing I can talk to him again if needed. He also made sure any questions I had were answered and everything went very smoothly!!
