I understand that the dealership has it procedures but spending seven hours to purchase a vehicle was a little extreme. Then we had to do the hour and thirty minute drive home after all that. But like I said on the front end we enjoyed the experience with our salesperson the rest was difficult. More

Sale(s) personal lack of knowledge of their product My salesman was not completely knowledgeable of all aspects of the car, my question concerning certain features of the can could not be answered by h My salesman was not completely knowledgeable of all aspects of the car, my question concerning certain features of the can could not be answered by him, I found out that I had more knowledge of the can than he did. It took extremely too long to process the paper work and have the tires replaced before I could pick up the car. The sales lady for the body protection definitely was not knowledgeable of what she was trying to sell in protect the car, when asked she said she didn't know and didn't try to find out the answer to my question, poor representation especially on that part, it appeared she was reading from a scrip and could not deviate from it (example) surface rust and penetrating, she did not know the difference. Product was outstanding, but the knowledge of the sale(s) personal has a great deal to be desired. More

Came for a Truck, Left with a Car! My wife and I came in on a Saturday to test drive a Tundra. I came back that following Monday and Kelan took the time to answer all my questions. So I figured lets look at the Tacomas. TOO SMALL. IMO. So on the way back inside the dealership, a 2018 Camry caught my eye. I loved it. I said that this car would be perfect for my wife. Well to make a long story short, my wife came in that night, test drove it and Kelan made the deal. Finance Manager, David Rios was so courteous and professional.
