Excellent sales and service! I have been a Priority customer for thirty years. I have purchased a new Corolla, two Forerunners, Camry Solara, Camry Le, Tundra, and in the last six I have been a Priority customer for thirty years. I have purchased a new Corolla, two Forerunners, Camry Solara, Camry Le, Tundra, and in the last six months a 2008 Tacoma, 2018Highlander hybrid, and 2019 Tacoma through salesman Tim Eure. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles I purchased, listened to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, and made informed suggestions as to what accessories I should consider based on my needs and not just what he wanted to sell to earn a higher commission. He goes the extra mile to put you in the vehicle you love and makes sure it gets delivered exactly the way you want it. However, the ladies in the custom accessories department told me they would text me when the extra features I ordered were installed and ready for pick-up. I NEVER heard from them again 🦗🦗🦗(crickets). I had to call Tim to see what the status was. He was there for me again to ensure my vehicle was delivered “Exactly” the way “I” wanted it. The whole process took a bit longer than I expected (2-3 weeks) on my new Tacoma, but in the end was worth it. When I arrived to pick it up a Priorty employee was taking photos of my truck and stated “This is what a Tacoma should look like”. The general manager walked by and said “l was wondering who’s truck that was, those rims and tires look awesome”. I highly recommend Priority Toyota for sales and service and NO SALESMAN goes the extra mile to deliver your vehicle just the way YOU want it like Tim Eure!! More

My Custom Tacoma Experience I was looking for a manual Tacoma with the Premium package. Turned out to be pretty hard to find since there aren't many out there. But Tim Eure, my I was looking for a manual Tacoma with the Premium package. Turned out to be pretty hard to find since there aren't many out there. But Tim Eure, my salesrep, did an excellent job in finally tracking one down! Not only did he find my "dream truck", but he assisted me in customizing it the way that I wanted (lift kit, new wheels and tires, roof rack, etc). I was quoted that it'd be about a week before items come in and installed, but it was only about 4 days! Needless to say that I'm extremely happy with the way Tim and the others at Priority Toyota assisted me in getting my dream Tacoma. A special thanks to Amber (finance manager) as well! She was amazing. :) In closing, I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to go see Tim and the others at Priority Toyota. They do an awesome job! More

Absolutely amazing ! Jarred Dukes was absolutely amazing ! My fiancé came to look at trading in his 2016 limited Tacoma “just for fun”. We ended up staying at the dealership for over an HOUR after their closing time because they were so dedicated to making sure we got what we deserved for our truck, making sure we were happy with our down payment and monthly payment prices, and making sure we understood every detail. He showed us the differences between his 2016 limited and the 2019 TRD sport (with the tech package of course). He answered every question we had and even answered my questions that were totally off the wall and completely for me ;) Jarred Dukes did an AMAZING job and I will definitely be coming to HIM when it’s MY turn for a new car !!
