Kenyan is excellent as a service advisor. Andre is a very good shuttle driver. The techs that did the work on my minivan are experienced. My van is working well. Andre is a very good shuttle driver. The techs that did the work on my minivan are experienced. My van is working well. More
This was a much better dealership when it was Priority. It still has the name but is under new ownership. No more oil changes for life. I bought a new Highlander hybrid Platinum and wanted a blackout kit. It still has the name but is under new ownership. No more oil changes for life. I bought a new Highlander hybrid Platinum and wanted a blackout kit. It’s not offered for that model but the dealership said they could do it for a little money. I paid. They did 1 emblem, and 2 words and that’s all. Now I’m paying a lot more to do it myself from eBay and Amazon. I was disappointed with that in them. Malerie was my salesperson and she was great. Management didn’t live up to their promises. I’ve bought 7 vehicles from Priority but this may have been my last. More
It is disappointing to have an 8:00 appointment and arrive at 7:30 and not get your car back until 10. I had to walk in there to find out if it was I ready. I think it’s rude that 1 advisor answers a arrive at 7:30 and not get your car back until 10. I had to walk in there to find out if it was I ready. I think it’s rude that 1 advisor answers all calls on speaker phone. They never pick phone up to talk to the person. His name is Kenyan. He seems nice but no one wants to hear other peoples calls. I also think it’s rude that you see service people to appear to be doing something on computer and can’t even greet you and say we will be with you soon. Standing in line you don’t know what to do! When I went to check on my car I stood back in line. No one was at John’s desk but the people standing in front of me finally got called to John’s desk and was there 18 mins. Kenyan finally said can he help I told him I was checking on my car he asked who advisor was I had to look around yo find John’s name and Kenyan said I’d have to get in John’s line. Didn’t bother to check my car! These advisors need to be more customer service. After all the service department is the backbone to every dealership! I was told my car was a 10,000 mile oil change. I get in my car and see the sticker is 5,000. The communication in the service department is awful. If I could service my car elsewhere I would!
