Thank you for your response. Mr Ott, a few suggestions. The servide drive in must be cleared faster. When the techs more from car to car, even those outside of the garage, the delay in moving accepted vehicles causes the line to queue at times back to the dealer entry. Now the brighter side. Michelle, Asst Service Mgr, helped arrange for us to have a rental to return to NC on the day our 4Runner first came in for service. Muhammed, Service Technician, worked diligently once the truck was assigned to him. Completing our service, including brakes and coolant, by 9:30 AM the next day. Priority provided a rental, dealership expense, to get back and forth from NC. Seeking service at Priority, where the truck was bought, requires us to travel 2 hours. It is our hope that Priority will use this information to return to its former high standards that was our experience in the past. Thank you for listening. Michelle and Muhammed merit some form of acknowledgment. Also you have to do something to improve the PA system and Wi-Fi. Great cafeteria!
