December 19, 2023 appointment was made for vehicle service. I was an out of town visitor needed service on my Lexus LS 460 L brought car in for service pay for service review service maintenance check service. I was an out of town visitor needed service on my Lexus LS 460 L brought car in for service pay for service review service maintenance check off list after arriving in North Carolina January 23 noticed that my windshield wiper fluid Flashed across the screen as low along with the next maintenance service reminder never set normally when I take my vehicle into the Lexus dealer, they normally tap off all the fluids because that’s part of the maintenance check kind of disappointed in the service that I received due to me being out of the area I was not able to bring the vehicle back in so I had to go purchase windshield wiper fluid to fill up my reserve tank disappointed in the service after paying close to $500 makes me wonder if the proper service was serviced on my vehicle make me have questions and thoughts and I talked to the service advisor Craig Smith I was told that they could’ve been overlooked. My response was if I’m bringing a car in for service everything should be checked. That’s what I’m paying for and to say it was overlook is a poor excuse. Individual never really asked me let me pull up the vehicle and see Who perform service on my vehicle would I use to dealership again I think not. More
Purchased a new 2017 Lexus es and have had all services completed with Priority Lexus. On line request for help with a starting problem. Referred to Parts dept. Immediately notified that the correct batter completed with Priority Lexus. On line request for help with a starting problem. Referred to Parts dept. Immediately notified that the correct battery was in stock and cost for new battery excluding installation. Next referred to service department to schedule appointment for installation. Immediately scheduled for an early morning drop off. Confirmed for drop off. Arrived and dropped off in less than 10 minutes. Notified by Isabella that my car was being checked, and a new battery was being installed, and that I would be notified as soon as ready for pick up. Received a text shortly afterwards. I went by paid for and picked up my car and was on my way happy and again assured that all was fine. Thanks for keeping me satisfied with my New Lexus. John S. More
