I have tried for two weeks (5 x telephone calls) to make an appointment to service my 2017 LS-460 (still under warranty) and have been unable to speak to anyone in service. I have repeated left my contact information with Jeremy - no return call. I received far superior service at the VB Hyundai dealer. This Lexus dealership is a disgrace. More
