December 19, 2023 appointment was made for vehicle service. I was an out of town visitor needed service on my Lexus LS 460 L brought car in for service pay for service review service maintenance check service. I was an out of town visitor needed service on my Lexus LS 460 L brought car in for service pay for service review service maintenance check off list after arriving in North Carolina January 23 noticed that my windshield wiper fluid Flashed across the screen as low along with the next maintenance service reminder never set normally when I take my vehicle into the Lexus dealer, they normally tap off all the fluids because that’s part of the maintenance check kind of disappointed in the service that I received due to me being out of the area I was not able to bring the vehicle back in so I had to go purchase windshield wiper fluid to fill up my reserve tank disappointed in the service after paying close to $500 makes me wonder if the proper service was serviced on my vehicle make me have questions and thoughts and I talked to the service advisor Craig Smith I was told that they could’ve been overlooked. My response was if I’m bringing a car in for service everything should be checked. That’s what I’m paying for and to say it was overlook is a poor excuse. Individual never really asked me let me pull up the vehicle and see Who perform service on my vehicle would I use to dealership again I think not. More
