I own two vehicles, Lexus IS250c and ES350. Since Priority took over the dealership, the service department has not been as efficient as before. Took the IS250 in for work on the trunk suppor Since Priority took over the dealership, the service department has not been as efficient as before. Took the IS250 in for work on the trunk supports. I was handed a sheet of paper with close to $3000 worth of additional "things" that the car needed. I had to pre-pay for parts and that took close to a month to arrive. When I finally got the trunk repaired, they charged a surcharge on the use of a credit card to pay for the repairs. Just think... If you had $2,000 of repairs, you would be charged an extra $20 to use a credit card to pay for the repairs. As a result, I will no longer use Priority Lexus in Newport News as my service provider and will not look at them for purchasing a new vehicle. More
The service department is very professional and informative. Not your typical “stealership” mentality. Not complying with virus safety When picking up my car from service yesterday the service person was not wearing gloves or face mask. When asked where his face mask was he got very When picking up my car from service yesterday the service person was not wearing gloves or face mask. When asked where his face mask was he got very huffy and stated that was his choice not to wear one. Neither was he wearing gloves. The Service Manager came out of her office without face mask and gloves and stated it was none of my business. I was wearing both and find it inconvenient but necessary to protect both my self and others. If they cannot comply with these simple measures they should stay home and shut down the service. More

The entire team was so friendly, professional and helpful through the entire Process. Patrick, Shashawna were amazingly aware of my needs and my desires. They showed me just the car I wanted. Patrick explained the entire audio system to me and explained in detail all I needed to know. Shasawna walked me through the maintenance plan and she was very knowledgeable. I have been dealing with Barker Lexus for over four years and would not even consider going elsewhere My thanks to the entire team and that includes office staff and service department. . More

Upon calling, I was told to come by and they would "fit me in", although it was a busy day. Within 5 minutes of arrival, my car was up on a rack, inspected and reassurance given to me that it was, indeed, just the air conditioner. Stellar service!!!!! More

I then went to the page and initiated a chat but that was only sales (let's you know what they value and what they don't) so they sent my info to the service department... 2 hours later I received a SMS message from them. I relayed my questions and the info I needed from them and she stated that a service adviser would email me. In between all that I filled out a special order form on their website. So count that -4 different ways I've attempted to contact them using THEIR supplied methods of contact and here 8 days after the first attempt and 5 days after the last and nothing. I can only surmise that they are so busy then neither want nor need my business or they are incompetent. Either way they get their wish - I cannot see a reason to go to their dealership. At this point, should I need a dealer item I'll get it online from another dealer and if I need dealer service I'll go to Lexus of Richmond. More
Customer Service I took my 2015 RX 350 in for its 5,000 mile service. The staff was wonderful, however one individual went above and beyond. When I picked up my car I asked to speak to someone about a spot I had on the car. They sent Matthew Goodwin, from detailing out to speak to me. I asked him if he knew what I could use to remove the spot, which i thought was tree sap. He looked at it and said that was was it was and he noticed a couple of other minor scratches on my car. He asked me if I had 10 minutes and I said yes. He took my car and not only removed the tree sap he got the scratches out. Thank you for having such a wonderful team working for you!!! More
