With no pressure at all, he asked if we wanted to look at other options while we waited so we looked at a couple of Lexus ES 350s. Patrick was very knowledgable, accommodating, and not pushy at all. In the end we bought a Lexus. His followup actions have been thorough and expeditious. Likewise, Tony Rutherford was easy going and amiable and made the financial paperwork side of the experience as tolerable as possible.
