Fantastic Experience Having owned three BMW's in the past this was my first experience with Lexus. I saw a used ES 350 on the web, and sent a query. I got back the usual response, and was called by Derrick Nichols within 30 minutes. We arranged a time that was convenient for me to come down to take a look at the car. I work from home, and live in Williamsburg, so the only time I could get down to the dealership was in between meetings. Derrick was very accommodating, and had the car ready for me to test drive. It was a nice car, but I decided that as one of the reasons I was trading my 5 series was it was too big that the ES wasn't quite what I was looking for. I spied an IS 300 on the showroom floor that really grabbed my fancy. Actually, there were a couple of others to pick from as well. Derrick was extremely professional and patient as I worked my way through my decision process. There was no problem when I changed vehicles at the last minute even though the paperwork was in the process of being prepared. There was absolutely no pressure at any step of the way. No "How can we earn your business?". None of the cliche's you get at every car dealer. Tony Rutherford helped Derrick along as well. It didn't hurt that Tony had previously lived in the same area where I grew up, and we had mutual acquaintances. The two of them made the buying experience completely stress free. They both were extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. They gave me was I felt like was a very fair deal. Derrick has continued to follow up since the sale, checking in to see how the car is doing and if I have any issues or questions. When it's time to trade, or shop for a new vehicle for my wife, I'll definitely be back. More

As a single mom, I was very concerned about the entire car buying experience. Unpleasant dealings with car salesmen in the past have left me apprehensive and jaded. When we met Mohamad, he greeted us warmly and was immediately attentive and mindful of our needs - without us even addressing them. He truly listened to us, and it was evident his only agenda was to help my daughter find the very best car. Every question we had was met with a patient explanation. Mohamad truly exhibited genuine kindness and never rushed us during the sale transaction. After the completion of the sale, unbeknownst to us, Mohamad had gone above and beyond what we had agreed upon. We were so grateful, but not entirely surprised. You see, Mohamad had personally worked on a specific request of a couple who purchased a car just before us. It was an unusual request, but we observed him diligently work on the request until it was fulfilled. I sincerely appreciate our experience with Mohamad. He not only sold my daughter her first car, but invested in her and treated her with real dignity and respect in the process. We not only left the dealership with a new car, but a new friend in Mohamad, as well. More
