This dealership is amazing! Everyone was so nice and kind! Everyone that I had the opportunity to work with was not short of amazing. I live an hour away, work and/or travel almost daily, and have had to show up without an appointment (but with at least a day's notice). I have always been given courteous care and appreciate it. I don't think that I have ever been given unnecessary "repairs" and appreciate that also. When a warranty repair was required, I was towed from out of state without cost, loaned a new Ridgeline without cost, and treated magnificently. I would (and have) recommend(ed) Priority to family and friends. More
My radio was supposed to be replaced the part was ordered Nov 23 it was on back order I was told I would be given a call when received and it would be replaced since it was still under the warranty. When I took it in on this visit for my fog light which is not covered since warranty is out and the part order was canceled by Honda. But now they have the part and it would cost me 100 to install. That was completely unfair the radio part was canceled I was never informed of anything at all and it took something else to happen to car for me to find that out. Regardless I paid to have the fog light fixed with Honda anyways could have gone somewhere else at that point but chose to stay with you. The final thing was my oil is at 20%. I know I can’t change it until it gets down to 15%. I’m traveling this week all the way until next week and I asked if they could make an exception so I wouldn’t have to come back to get the oil change after all the traveling if they can just go ahead and change the oil because it is included for free life That was declined as well I totally understand if it wasn’t anywhere near the 15% and really thought they could work with me on this but now the offer was I could pay to have it changed so I chose not to and just have to bring it back another time More
