Very Disappointing Used Car Sales Experience I purchased a new Honda from this dealership a number of years ago and had a positive experience. On Monday my husband went to test drive an SUV I was I purchased a new Honda from this dealership a number of years ago and had a positive experience. On Monday my husband went to test drive an SUV I was interested in and he told the salesman that I would be in the coming weekend to test drive the vehicle if it had not been sold. There was a sign on the car saying the vehicle would be sent to auction in 7 days, and the salesman knew I was planning to come in on Saturday (5 days away). I found a few minutes to stop by earlier than expected, on Thursday, 3 days after my husband test drove the vehicle. The vehicle was gone, not sold but sent to auction and already in Pennsylvania. No apology, no satisfactory explanation, no call ahead of time. The only resolution offered was for us to purchase the car (without my having seen or driven it) and then they would bring it back. Very disappointing customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again nor recommending them. More

Excellent personal treatment, On time, Well informed I called Larry and told him what we wanted. When we arrived, he had the Odyssey that matched oiur desired criteria, at the Showroom, warmed and read I called Larry and told him what we wanted. When we arrived, he had the Odyssey that matched oiur desired criteria, at the Showroom, warmed and ready to go. We talked a while and then took a brief drive. Upon returning, Larry asked if we had any questions - which he answered. We agreed to buy the car and gave Larry the necessary information. He took us over to the Finance Officer who filled out the proper papers which we signed and drove away after Larry gave us a very thorough orientation. We returned on Friday for the sealing process. Currently we are very happy with our new Odyssey. Thanks to a very professional and caring sales crew. More

The only complaint I have is that I made an appointment for 12:00 but it took 2 hours to ju The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The only complaint I have is that I made an appointment for 12:00 but it took 2 hours to just check out a sound. I was sitting in the waiting area and a woman was there from 11:30 she said for just an inspection and was still there when I left. This was my first time for service so it might have been an off day. However waiting for over two hours to get an inspection is just too long. More
