They have been servicing my Odyssey’s since 2006 and do correct and accurate work. The only negative issue with the dealership is a scheduling issue I live too far away for the shuttle, so I need to wait a correct and accurate work. And you wanted $100 for the labor for taking 2 screws and and unplugging a cord and putting it back in. More

In my last visit, I was informed that my car needed antifree This is my first review of any service I have received, but I feel obliged to report it. In my last visit, I was informed that my car needed antifreeze flush and transmission fluid change. I could not wait that day so I declined the services. In this visit, I mentioned that my car needed two service completed last time, not knowing the exact names, to the staff when I handed my car at 0920 and the staff stated that they will work on it and if needed attention, they will address the problem. The car was taken to the service at 1600, the oil was changed (at least that is what was mentioned, I am questioning their integrity now) and the items that needed attention last time, were not brought up. Both items had a green check mark beside them, and not even a “requires attention.” When I mentioned that to the staff, she said that since I had refused the services last time, they did not address the issues (this is not true since she could not find which items needed attention when I handed in my car in the morning). I asked to talk to the manager and she told me that the manager was not there but will call me the day after (this also never happened). She then told me that if I were not happy with the service, I should take my car to other service areas! The quality of services offered at this location is going down on a constant basis. More
