Richard Jones was very knowledgeable about the vehicle inventory. He took the "soft sale" approach. There was no pressure in buying a vehicle, yet he was proactive enough to sell one to me. Royce was amazing he helped me get into my new accord which I love. He had to deal with me and playing phone tag with the bank I financed with and was patient through the whole process. I was very impressed with the people and the process. I felt comfortable. I did not feel pressured. My dad just bought a vehicle with Mike Timmons, and it was by far the best purchasing experience he has ever had. His knowlege, professionalism and attention to detail have me referring to him not only my friends and family, but also my customers who ask me who they can trust when they buy a car. He truly cares about making sure you are happy with every aspect of your purchase experience, not only at the moment of sale, but thinking also of your future in the vehicle. My fathers experience was ideal, as I knew it would be, Mike asked the right questions and looked at all the options and was able to put my father in not only a car he loves, but also give him the financial and personal peace of mind that goes with owning a reliable, contemporary vehicle from a reputable salesperson and dealer. And with Mike now having the resources of the Priority Group behind him, I can't think of a better salesperson in this area, and I will be referring business to no one else. More
Overall excellent experience. Joe Giltner was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgable of the Fit and very friendly. I never felt overly pressured to purchase accessories or the extended warranty to deal with. He was very knowledgable of the Fit and very friendly. I believe 5 hours is too long...may 2-3 hours max would enhance the experience. More
Mike is the most amazing sales person. A few years ago, he sold us a beautiful Cadillac CTS (mind you, we did not come into the dealership to buy a car that day). Mike worked not only with us but FOR us to he sold us a beautiful Cadillac CTS (mind you, we did not come into the dealership to buy a car that day). Mike worked not only with us but FOR us to get that car. We were very happy with it and knew that Mike was always there should we need help. The other day, we came into Priority to get a new warranty for the Caddy (again, not planning on getting another car). After discussing the price it would have cost us to get a new warranty, Mike helped us and, again, we got another new car. Mike worked very hard to make it happen for us. We know that Mike always has our best interest in mind and that his goal is to make sure we are happy with what we drive out with. Our running joke now is that someday we will come to Priority with the intention of buying a car. Trust me, we will definitely be back and will make sure that Mike is our sales person. I have already recommended Priority and Mike to a few friends. We are love the fact that our oil changes and inspections are covered for life and I enjoyed having my nails done and having a cup of Starbucks while waiting for the car. Mike is definitely an asset to Priority Honda. He makes sure his customers are happy, feel at ease. and lets us know that he is always just a phone call away should we need any help. We were impressed with you oil change for life, inspection for life and other offers but then when I went on line and put my application in I was more impressed when Joe got in touch with me. I feel I'm a pretty good judge of character and was very impressed with the way Joe talked to me over the phone, there was no pressure, I actually got so excited and took the day off of work and met with him and walked out with a new car and I felt good about it and my husband was even impressed and belive me that is hard to do. I'm excited to be with this team and I love my car too. More
