If I could go back in time and would have met John when I purchased my first car I would! I have never had such an amazing experience when it came to buying a car. I pulled up to dealer earlier than my appointment and decided to sit in the car. John came outside introduced himself and was very welcoming. We sat down and I felt like I was at home with him. He ran some more paperwork and was very open and honest about where we were and stood as far as financing. We looked and test drove cars I had selected. John was never annoyed or pushy and wanted to make sure me and my wife were satisfied with whatever we chose. We decided on a vehicle and of course there was a snag with one of the finance companies. John was visibly upset and wasn’t about to let us leave disappointed or without the vehicle we wanted. He fought for us and worked with his team to get us our car at a cheaper price and lower APR. I don’t know if he took a loss. Probably, but the fact that he went above and beyond proves the kind of person he is. I will forever go to John for car buying needs for as long as he stays in the business. THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a car hands down.
